WOW, I walked in and the smell of over cooked rotting meat was disgusting and I know thats not Arby's way...So what that tells me is your store isn't following your time meat in your holder.. Shame on this manger running shift 10-17-24@ 3:48 pm
You can get someone sick...I will still go to Arby's but if you store smells like this store you won't get my business.

To the crew running this Arby’s at 2 pm, thank you. I went through the drive thru and when I was putting my wallet back into my pocket I spilled my shake everywhere, and then had a full meltdown in the car, and then I went inside because I *really* wanted a milkshake and I was extra sad because I spilled it everywhere, and I told the crew what happened and they gave me a milkshake no charge. I love the Arby’s peoples, and I appreciate you guys for dealing with my autistic ass

The young lady at the counter was excellent, but the place could use a more thorough cleaning. The place was not trashy, but if you looked closely at the surfaces and floors, you could see someone went over them with something, but it was not clean.

They were so rude and messed up our order. Then tried to gaslight the fact that they're incredibly stupid to listen to the customer's order in the first place. They messed up five other orders after ours and blamed them as well. Don't go there!!!!

I got there about five minutes before closing and they took the car in front of me but then told me "Sorry, were out of everything" at the speaker

It was a stormy night and I got off the highway to grab a snack and tried to go through the drive thru but their drive thru can only accommodate small cars.
So I got out in the rain to get food.
People were friendly but my food was cold, and I got drenched doing so.
I know they don't control the weather but I wish the slider was hot

Smelled odd and table and seats sticky. Doors, windows ..everything had a dirty film.
