This Arby’s is fantastic. I’ve been craving jamocha shakes lately and every time I come, they give my dog a pup cup too. It’s the little things.

Enjoyed the 9-piece Steak Nuggets with Reguar Strawberry Lenonade for my taste of my experience & it was all good & the others tried their meals & it was all good too.

Don’t bother the employees here, they make their own rules on hours of operation & serve you when they feel like it.

Hours open until 11 pm the day I went. Pulled up to drive thru, cone in drive. Parked & went to door, locked. Noted hours on door open until 11 pm. Hmm…? Got back in car returned to drive thru & moved cone as obviously they were open. Pulled to order screen, nothing.

Back door opens & blonde female says “we’re closed” why is that? Hours are until 11… “We haven’t had much business” ok…well I am business & it is not closing time.
Turns and walks back in door. 3 employees then come out of door including blonde female, brunette female & brunette male. Brunette lady says “Is there a problem?” Yes…I am here during business hours I expect service. “We are closed.” Why? Do you just make your own hours?
Brunette proceeded to state they already threw out the food (so you get old food I guess when they do feel like working) that I can”get it myself” when asked for district/general manager contact info (after first stating she was that person) stated she would call the cops (great! Do that so I have a report with names when I do find contact info!) & also argued that I as “not there” for at least 10 minutes before closing & she “has video you know” great!!! Pull it up I’ll wait fir my copy (as she keeps looking at her watch seeing it at even that time was 10:55 after I had been there already 5-10 min)

Pulled in at 10:51 pm. Drive thru had a cone set up blocking. Went and parked door locked. Since the door has hours of open until 11 pm I went back to the drive thru and moved cone to get service in drive thru. No answer.
Blonde girl comes to back door and says “We’re closed” I said and why is that? Your hours are until 11 it is 10 till. “We weren’t busy”
Ok so you just close whenever you feel like it?
“We three out the food already.”
Everything is frozen all you need to do is throw it in the deep fryer. (Also why would I be getting old food siting around anyway???)

2 more people come to the door refusing service, refusing to give names, refusing the information to contact General/District manager, in fact the brunette female who claimed to be the manager told me “get it yourself”.

I was threatened with calling the police which was fine with me because then there is a report with names I can give when I find the management myself & was also told “we have video footage of when you git here” GREAT!!! I’ll wait for my copy of it!

I never received names, service, management info, video proof or police assistance.

Don’t bother these people they only want to show up and lock the doors & block drive thru until time to clock out.

Got a hamburger and it had mold on it, showed it to the front desk girl and the manager and the manager says we Will make you a new HAMBURGER !! REALLY you have Mold in your hamburgers no I don't want a new mold nurger.

Ordered a Greek gyro and a lg Jamaican shake. Greek gyro was a four star(good). The shake was a 1 star. It tasted like vanilla. I asked the employee at the window ( 12pm Sun.17th) if she gave me a vanilla instead of the Jamocha? She replied no it is the Jamocha didn't want to redo, so I will never buy one again. The sandwich was great and will buy it again.
