Ordered a Greek gyro and a lg Jamaican shake. Greek gyro was a four star(good). The shake was a 1 star. It tasted like vanilla. I asked the employee at the window ( 12pm Sun.17th) if she gave me a vanilla instead of the Jamocha? She replied no it is the Jamocha didn't want to redo, so I will never buy one again. The sandwich was great and will buy it again.

To the crew running this Arby’s at 2 pm, thank you. I went through the drive thru and when I was putting my wallet back into my pocket I spilled my shake everywhere, and then had a full meltdown in the car, and then I went inside because I *really* wanted a milkshake and I was extra sad because I spilled it everywhere, and I told the crew what happened and they gave me a milkshake no charge. I love the Arby’s peoples, and I appreciate you guys for dealing with my autistic...

The young lady at the counter was excellent, but the place could use a more thorough cleaning. The place was not trashy, but if you looked closely at the surfaces and floors, you could see someone went over them with something, but it was not clean.
