An online menu might be nice. I don't understand why the owners of restaurants and pizza joints don't have menus on their websites. Great pizza at this place, anyhow.

Waited 90 minutes for pizza and had 15 minute drive home. Knew of a 75 minute wait up front.Pizza I paid $16 for in box did not match order slip at all! Called and was told they could remake or give me $5 off my next order. Figured after we paid $16 for a 12 inch pizza that we would have them remake as we ordered. Got home now after 2 1/2 hours since order was originally placed and found the pizza was just made incorrectly this time. Husband likes Black Olives and I like bacon and neither of us likes the other and the order slip clearly indicated opposite sides for those items that were put on the same side. Called to complain again but since put on hold,I Just hung up as we were told we would get only a $3 credit after new employee talked to manager and employees indicated it was an owner policy and they are rarely seen that it would do no good. Employees are not top notch as they told my husband to get theF out when he was trying to explain his viewpoint And not to come back. Used to be customer was always right. Now we are just totally inconvenienced.

Very professionally run yet got a nice feeling that this kitchen was run like a well oiled machine. This experience was my pleasure. Their menu prices and taste was absolutely on point. I most definitely will repeat business. If passing through the Mansfield area your pizza and wings needs will be met here. I'm impressed!

Been ordering from besta fasta since they were on 314 behind the marathon in Ontario, this one on Marion Ave screwed up a 35$ order so gave me a whole 6$ off my next order, so I ordered, but now I have to spend so much money to get my 6 bucks . They just lost a long time good customer over six dollars , leaning Tower and dechners pizza just up the road

The manager Kim hung up on me when I called to ask for a refund, twice. I asked for well done wings and that they run them though the oven twice. I paid almost $50 for the food and $10 for the delivery tip. The wings were slimy. I have ordered alot from Besta Fasta an always enjoyed the pizza. I'm really disappointed being treated this way.
Definitely not "fasta"! An hour and a half wait to get mediocre pizza (my opinion). This pizza parlor is attached to a drive thru and next to a bar. I would give one star for cleanliness. Pizza had plenty of toppings but wasn't what my taste buds would call "besta". I'm guessing the locals like

Regular customer that orders a lot. The one time I order to go pick up and bring home, the pizza is doughy in the middle and ingredients is sliding off the pizza. Also wrong toppings on pizza. When I called them, they won’t even make it right with me. They said the best they can do is take $3.00 dollars off my next order. And the lady over the phone told me “That’s the best that we can do.” I did not even get an apology for my order being wrong.
