Went today for lunch with some friends. Several ordered chicken tenders and every single one of them looked like they were leftovers that were deep fried for a 2nd time in old oil. They were hard and tough. I got the chicken sandwich and it didn't come the way I ordered it and wasn't even hot. I thought about sending it back but we had already been sitting there an hour from the time we walked in the door. I didn't want to wait another 30-45 minutes to get my food. I wasn't the only person who's order was messed up either. There was 1 other one. The restaurant didn't look dirty but whoever is in charge of dishes needs to relearn how to make sure they're clean. 2 sets of silverware and I only found 1 clean fork. I didn't ask anyone else if there's were clean. I also saw a glass with a dirty rim. Our waitress was friendly and I don't have any complaints about her. And my potato soup was delicious. As of right now I'll never go back to this Bob Evans and I won't be recommending it to anyone.

Breakfast today left much to be desired. Both my husband's eggs and my eggs and both of our toast was cold. Cubed potatoes were barely warm. Waitress left our bill with our food. That means no more service to her evidently. But she went past our table several times. Never once stopped to check on us. We ate the cold food. At checkout, I told the manager of our experience. I didn't want anything. Just wanted her to know so if she chose, she could make adjustments. She made excuses. There are no excuses. Our food evidently set getting cold before it was served. Managers need to realize what your employees do or don't do is a refection of you.

The most efficient thing about this place was the host seating you. Not busy and our waitress was rarely present got our drinks after 10 minutes being seated, took her 15 to bring them and take our food order. Never checked on us and literally watched her just stand in the back. We got our own Togo box for the bread and pancakes that were decent and got up to leave (she never brought the check when we already got our own Togo box and bussed our own table). My husband and I both have been servers and couldn’t even find an excuse for the service we received. Not to mention the food was absolutely horrendous. Hash browns over cooked and cold at the same time, chicken fried steak definitely frozen, and the chicken tenders overcooked. Only good thing was the bread which I ate. I will never come back.

Was not busy, but service was terrible. Girl at the register did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated, then my server was talking to someone she knew and it took forever to get my drink and menue. I ordered a salad and it took 45 minutes to get it. Very poor service and no excuse, as they were not busy at all. I stopped for a quick lunch and ended up being here for an hour and a half.

10/23/2024 my husband and I walked in at 830pm after an emotional evening at the hospital. A sweet young girl greeted us and I apologized for being so close to 9pm she said you're fine you come right on in and have a seat. She waited on us and brought us a wonderful meal, as I sat in tears trying to eat she checked on us often and kept our drinks full. I didn't get her name but I will never forget her.

Had longer wait then a normal visit,long wait between coffee refill but overall not bad
First time trying Bob Evans in years. Food was decent, kid's cheeseburger would feed an adult and was probably the best out of the 3 dishes we ordered. Overall not bad, but wouldn't put it on my go to list for nights I don't wish to cook. The 2 interactions I had with employees were good, friendly and polite.
