They messed up our pickup order and my husband had to drive back to get the Mac and cheese they forgot. When he gets home with it I thought surely they messed up again. I ordered the family size and this is just a quart. A quart is not what their picture showed. How is a quart going to feed a family. I called and they said that is the family size. $14.00 for a quart is a bit high. To top it off it was very soupy. I’ll never deal with them again. To top it off they got tipped twice. Once when I paid for the order and again when my husband picked it up.

It was ok. We used to go to Bob Evens all of the time and then got away from it for a while. We went to the on in Ashland a little more than a week before going to this one, and it was great! They even gave us to-go drinks for all of us. Which was unexpected but appreciated. So when we saw this Bob Evans on the way to some shopping, we stopped. First when they seated us there were a bunch of tables not bussed, so they sat us at the least dirty table next to a guy watching videos on his phone. The lady that seated us went and grabbed a rag and started to bus all of the tables. The waitress then came up to her saying that she didn't have to do that because she could handle it. Which the other lady kind of scoffed about and kept cleaning. The waitress was nice enough. She kept correcting me on everything. When we got our meals I asked if we could get biscuits and she said no. And I asked dont they still come with breakfasts? And she said that they haven't done that in a long time. I was surprised because they did in Ashland. So then I offered to buy them. The whole vibe was off with her. I don't know what was up. At the end I thought that we would get drinks to go and she said no. I brought up that they did this in Ashland and it was so nice. And she said, ahuh, no. Ok then. So we left. It just wasn't as nice of an experience as the one in Ashland. Food was ok.

We were seated in a timely manner, ordered OK, got our coffee OK, but when we got our food we had no utensils. We had to ask our waitress about 3 times for utensils while our food sat in front of us getting cold.
