I hope it was just an off night, but our visit to this Bob Evans was not good. Due to my wife's allergies, her food had to be returned to the kitchen twice. Our server seemed very overwhelmed. I don't know where the manager was but seemed non-existent. If this were a well-managed restaurant things would have gone much smoother in my opinion. I never received my salad, which was part of my order. And my "new hand-breaded" chicken tenders were terrible. Best part of my meal was my caramel mocha drink and the honey mustard. Probably will choose to stay away from this restaurant from now on.

Dietary restrictions: Not super trustworthy when it came to allergies. Meal had to be sent back twice, due to dairy and gluten allergies.

Takes forever to be seated ordered fish sandwich last time came with nothing that's suppose to come on it. The person replying to these reviews only says sorry to hear that instead of maybe fixing the restaurant. Don't eat here put this place out of business.

Easy to get to. Good food. Rarely seems crowded enough to make you wait during our 1-2 visits per month (sometimes takeout). Often very quiet. Food is good and fairly consistent with occasional things like tough chicken which could be the raw material. We go for breakfast whenever (all day), or regular full lunch or dinner, or their small dinners when not too hungry. They have desserts, but we are usually full after our entree. Last time we were there the dinner rolls were perfect. Good variety of sides.

Sadly this is the only breakfast oriented place as of now in Ontario. It's always very busy and they do a decent job of serving you though it takes a bit to be seated. My burger was the Rise and Shine, but it lacked any sauce was pretty dry yet greasy on the bun lol. It's a 5/10 experience thar didn't break the bank.

I have allergies and asked for a burger but it tasted like sausage, so I could not eat it. The veggies were good. But I would not recommend if you have allergies to spices

I placed an online order and accidentally ordered 2 kids meals instead of 1. I clicked the button on the app that says “cancel order” after clicking the button it prompted me with the stores phone number and to call the store. I then called the store and explained what happened and asked them to not make the 2nd kids meal and if they could take it off. The rude carryout boy “landyn” istantly told me there was nothing they could do, i would have to take both kids meals. I went to the store to pick up my food and asked again. This landyn cut off the waitress who was talking to me and said again there is nothing we can do. I asked if he was the manager and he said no. The waitress went to go speak to the manager and the lazy manager Deno would not even come out front to speak to me or even offer a solution. It’s funny to me that if there was nothing that could be done then why did your corporate office refund me my money for the 2nd kids meal? This all boils down to poor management (Deno) the Manager who refused to get off his chair in the office and a rude carryout boy (landyn).

Placed a curbside pick-up and went inside to get it because the last time we waited, it took almost an hour and the food was cold like it had been sitting. Decided to give this place another chance. I told them I was there to pick up my order and stayed in their view so as to avoid the cold food scenario again. I waited 40 minutes and saw a gentleman come in and place a to go order and he got his order before I did. When I asked about my to go order again, they immediately produced it from behind the counter. It had been sitting there for God knows how long. The food was ice cold. Went in and told them it was cold because we didn’t want to pay over $40 for cold breakfast. They placed our food in the microwave and gave it back to us. Cool is once shame on you, fool us twice, shame on us. We will never eat at a Bob Evan’s again. Terrible.

Not recommended. Wet in . Took 20 minutes to take my order. My order never came. Went to manager asked why my food was not out yet. They had it on the screen but nobody made it! Manager was clueless,(Nate). 1 hr waiting. Don't go !

I have ordered from here multiple times now for delivery Everytime my food comes it's cold like out of a refrigerator and the bacon is clearly not fresh or warm my daughter's home fries was very cold and old from out of refrigerator do better $40 in the trash it was very obvious our food was reheated

100 plus dollars for a Thanksgiving meal just for it to taste worse than school cafeteria food. The veggies were bland and not cooked. Omg the turkey lol, looks like they took it out of a package and re heated it. Getting ppl sick on the holidays isnt cool.

My family came into eat and told them there would be 13 of us the girl proceeded to say oh god and throw her head down on the counter and refused us all service .we walked out unhappy unseated and unserved. We are very unsatisfied and the whole family (13 plus people will not be back do to the service we got provided tonight) took our business and money to a place that wanted to serve us. When we left 5 or more employees where out back talking it up and smoking. 🤮🤢
