Worst Bob Evans I've been to. Upon walking inside, almost every table had dirty dishes that staff members barely acknowledged despite having few customers at the time of visiting. Our waiter took well more than 10 minutes to greet us and take our order (cinna-biscuits, burger, chicken tenders, and turkey). The cinna-biscuits did not arrive at all. When the rest of our food came, we were repeatedly told the plates were hot, however, the plates were barely warm. The fries that came with the overcooked burger and salt packed chicken tenders were cold. None one at our table finished their plate because the food was equivalent to cardboard dunked in sodium. We filed a formal complaint with the restaurant manager and promptly left. This location is disgusting and not worth the time.

I had the opportunity to stop at the Hanley Road Bob Evans. The service was excellent, food was delicious and I had a delightful dining experience. Can't remember all the staff that waited on me, however a lovely blond lady Kristin? I believe, came over and ask if everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you for a positive experience.

DUE to health issues I've ordered daily for past couple weeks unable to prepare food, etc. 22.97 for a dinner I didn't get! And the personnel at this location on Hanley road in Mansfield refused to make it right, even admitting it was on the fault of their employees, MICA. I CALLED several times trying to get help without success and only to be threatened by manager, CHRISTINE AND HUNG UP ON BY RUDE OBNOXIOUS EMPLOYEES! I EXPECT TO BE REFUNDED! I paid 22.97 for ONE small slice of turkey and VERY few dried up hard carrots! THAT'S IT! IN OTHER WORDS, I HAD NO DINNER!

We have gone to this Bob Evans for years and most the time its excellent unless you get 1 particular waitress. She is friendly but takes so long to get drink orders or bring food and she never returns for refills. It has got to the point we request to sit on the other side of the restaurant to avoid her section. Like I said she is friendly but just the service from her is not good and the food always tastes like it was sitting under the warmer for a long time.
We came in about 10 minutes before closing after about 10 hours of driving. They were so nice and really took care of us. we took it to go and the food was perfect. Thank you!!

Food wasn't hot, and the portion was skimpy. Server forgot about us several times. Dinner rolls were terribly dry. You might want to offer more potatoes or turkey. The broccoli was prepared nicely.

Super slow service, yes a Sunday at 11am but damn 30 minutes for some eggs?? Server couldn't have cared less. Had to walk up to her to get some jelly for my toast she gave me only two packets. They used to leave them on the table, what happened to that, people stealing them? Still, leave jelly on the freaking table during breakfast hours!!!!!!!!! Had to hunt her down a 2nd time to get the check and get out of that ice box, oh I didn't mention how cold it was. When I found her she was in the kitchen listening to another server complain about her table. Sad though the manager seemed nice but she looked like she hated her life, I don't blame her!!! Richland county isn't anywhere I'd want to work in food service, trashy people!!

The waitress brought our food and ask if my home fries would be ok because they were burnt. I told her I would try them. If they're bad enough to have to ask she should not have brought them to begin with. My wife was served eggs that weren't cooked and hash browns that were burnt. So the food sucked but waitress did a decent job.

For the last 40 years on this Earth every single Bob Evans' unpleasantly smells the same. Except the Big Barn one in Clarksburg West Virginia. It sure would be nice if they could figure out a way to keep the smell in the back, please.
