Where as alot of negative reviews just ring off about everything, this is not one of those. The reason for the low review is service and the food. The waiter was uninterested in making the service even decent and even said "are you set so I can go to my other table" when we weren't even asking for anything but what he was supposed to bring before. He wasnt listening when one guest wanted syrup and not butter. The potatoes were literally cold plus nearly hard and the cheese unmelted. So it's like how many people think of Bob Evans with the thought that they just microwave their food. Bob Evans mgmnt, if you can't do any better than this then forget ever seeing many customers come back for more visits. I for one will never come back.

Waited 20 minutes to even be noticed to be seated. There were multiple people talking so loud I could hear their conversation more than my own. Waitress messed up on drinks. The most basic of things. They are advertising new chicken tenders all over the restauran, yet when I try to order some they tell me they are out of them. When you get a new product you expect to have enough to not run out within a few days of it launching

Ordered take out pot roast meal for Christmas. Awful! Meat was terrible… came with over spiced dressing… really awful rolls ( not like they serve in restaurant)… order was incomplete as they did not include the pumpkin bread…would not recommend this meal at all. We did the turkey for Thanksgiving and that was ok except for the rolls and dried up pumpkin bread so we took a chance. Silly me!
They need a new cook here. I ordered eggs over medium,they had the clear watery stuff coming out of them. Then my sausage were burnt. The service was good but horrible food.

Can’t speak to the food as we never got a table. Parking lot was empty, but not plowed or salted and very slippery and icy. It took 5 minutes before we were greeted and were told it was a 20-25 minute wait. There were 10 empty tables that weren’t bussed. After waiting 30 minutes watching people come and then leave without being acknowledged, we went across the freeway to Cracker Barrel and were seated immediately. Skip this location. It surely won’t be in business much longer at this rate.

I order take out every week. Now I know it's christmas time but 1 hour and 15 minutes for a tiny carryout order is ridiculous. If it takes that long you should probably hire cooks that know how to keep the pace.
