I had the opportunity to stop at the Hanley Road Bob Evans. The service was excellent, food was delicious and I had a delightful dining experience. Can't remember all the staff that waited on me, however a lovely blond lady Kristin? I believe, came over and ask if everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you for a positive experience.

Food wasn't hot, and the portion was skimpy. Server forgot about us several times. Dinner rolls were terribly dry. You might want to offer more potatoes or turkey. The broccoli was prepared nicely.

For the last 40 years on this Earth every single Bob Evans' unpleasantly smells the same. Except the Big Barn one in Clarksburg West Virginia.
It sure would be nice if they could figure out a way to keep the smell in the back, please.
