The Buckeye Bakery Inc. team knocked it out of the park for our cookies today. We chose the image printed for a retiree. They went above and beyond and made a fantastic image that included our office building! Thanks for making the extra effort. The donuts and cookies were delicious...the added care was just the icing on the cookie 😉

We recently purchased a cake for grandson’s birthday. When we got it home we ended up dropping the cake and ruining it. We called them up and they had 2 smaller cakes already made up and they decorated those for us very quickly and saved our party. They did an amazing job for such a quick fix.

A huge thank you to Buckeye Bakery for the delicious butterfly cut out cookies and the exceptional service. There was a mix up with the pick up time and they weren't ready. They not only apologized, but gave a full refund and substituted the cut outs for sugar and m&m cookies. Then proceed to make the original ordered cut outs and hand delivered them to the preschool my daughter had ordered them for. Needless to say they saved the day and there was a very happy class of preschoolers eating beautiful butterfly cookies! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the very near future!

I'm rating poor service because at 11:15 am on Saturday so looking forward to a Buckeye donut with my grandsons and the counters were bare. Not one donut. The employee said we open at 7... They are open until noon. SMH 45 mins away from closing. I'm not saying they can't be moving towards closing but c'mon.
Absolutely sweet and kind staff! The baked goods were truly so good! Gladly would drive 40 min again to this bakery.

I ordered a birthday cake really last minute for 2/15. They did a wonderful job despite the short notice and Valentine's day. The cake was really good. My son loves the design. It was well worth the hour drive. I definitely recommend this bakery for custom cakes!

They were a huge hit and so delicious that the next week, we had to order more for JAG Orrville and JAG Wooster to celebrate them hitting their census goals!
