The Buckeye Bakery Inc. team knocked it out of the park for our cookies today. We chose the image printed for a retiree. They went above and beyond and made a fantastic image that included our office building! Thanks for making the extra effort. The donuts and cookies were delicious...the added care was just the icing on the cookie 😉
We recently purchased a cake for grandson’s birthday. When we got it home we ended up dropping the cake and ruining it. We called them up and they had 2 smaller cakes already made up and they decorated those for us very quickly and saved our party. They did an amazing job for such a quick fix.
A huge thank you to Buckeye Bakery for the delicious butterfly cut out cookies and the exceptional service. There was a mix up with the pick up time and they weren't ready. They not only apologized, but gave a full refund and substituted the cut outs for sugar and m&m cookies. Then proceed to make the original ordered cut outs and hand delivered them to the preschool my daughter had ordered them for. Needless to say they saved the day and there was a very happy class...
