It was only 3.6 miles away. I was charged full fee plus an additional 'farther away fee' Food was ill prepared and cold. I order sandwich only (whopper with cheese) paid total $16.02 ( incl $1.50 tip)

It was 12:15 Monday afternoon, there was just one customer besides us. Looked like 5 people in kitchen. There were several at drive-thru. Instead of taking orders as they came, the drive-thru was given priority. We ordered a #1 Whooper meal and a Jr Whooper with cheese. We waited appt 10 minutes and the coffee was lukewarm as were the sandwiches. It Is a known fact that many people vote with their feet. Our vote is not to return to this Burger King If and when you decide to down size, I would suggest This is first one to close! Larry M.

After waiting for 10 minutes in lobby to even order I gave up and went elsewhere. Perhaps take customers orders who are standing around waiting to order rather than worrying about door dash orders of customers that aren’t even there!

I just got food from there today and while I'm eating my whopper while driving my car a cockroach crawls out of my sandwich and on to my hand. Then the restaurant offers to remake my food why would anyone want food remade after a roach crawls out of the last sandwich.
Worst Burger King location and that is saying something just short of miraculous. Over twenty five minutes in the drive thru line and it took like four just to hear a response from their intercom speaker with a sign turned off. Even after a total of twenty five minutes, they couldn't even be competent enough to make their fries fresh or even remotely hot.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. When we got our food it was cold. They forgot out drink. Then tried to make me pay for it again. Never offerd or gave me a receipt. Horrible experience.

Ordered through the drive thru and got to the window where I watched who was working just run away. Sat there for 10+ minutes and still no one came to the window, at which point, I left. Night staff is clearly awful at their job.

Nearly everytime I come here, either myself or another customer backs up out of the drive thru. Likely because the service is abhorrently slow, and the employees generally have poor attitudes, and the restaurant is never fully stocked to provide the entire menu. I can understand if it was managed by teenagers, but these are 40 somethings in flat bill hats and sharpie tattoos. I only continue to come here and order $25 worth of food, just so I can back out of the drive thru as soon as the woman behind the mic gets an attitude.
