Ordered a whopper meal and it came out cold. Very nice employees offered to remake and it came out with no cheese, honest mistake I understand. Still ice cold so I took home and went elsewhere for lunch. I just want hot food, staff was very nice.

I call this burger king to ask for a specific item I get there and they don't have when I called and asked before hand so I drove clear there to be disappointed.

7:49 and doors are locked but hours say they are opened? No. Absolutely not acceptable. Attitudes because we place big orders. The one day we called in and said we had a big order and somebody caught an attitude and said there’s an app for that well guess what the app wasn’t giving us what we wanted or needed. There’s only three drinks we can order from. It’s Sprite, Coke and Diet Coke so what are we supposed to do? We get told we need to call ahead of time for big orders and then we get an attitude when we place a big order.
I went through the drive thru and as I was coming up the window. One of the workers was really rude, disrespectful and didn’t have customer service skills. I will definitely not come back here because that is not how a food industry should be towards their customers. You treat people how you want to be treated no matter where you go.
