I’ve always come to eat at this place because I love the food and the atmosphere. However, today I had a very uncomfortable experience. There was a staff member who treated me rudely, and I felt it was just because my English is not very fluent. I was there during the shift that ended at 1:00 pm today. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that all customers feel welcome, regardless of their level of English.

I had placed a mobile order for a whopper meal with mozzarella sticks and a blue slushie. When I got to the restaurant and pulled up to the window, I was told their slushie machine was broken and I couldn’t get what I ordered. They also forgot my marinara sauce. They also hung up on me when I called and asked for a refund on the slushie.
