Loved the Burger King crowns for kids that they had everywhere, especially the Ohio State ones! 😍 Food wasn't fresh but it did the trick. We basically had the place to ourselves.

The service was awful! Extremely rude staff, we actually left and went elsewhere to eat as the staff was incredibly rude. Two customers in front of us ordered and the woman taking their order was very rude and was rushing them. The older gentleman In front of us had a coupon on his phone which he had set for the wrong location, instead of helping him she got an attitude told him it was set for the wrong location and walked away. When another staff member came to help him he had told him he had the wrong coupon, the gentleman fixed it and showed the employee the coupon. He had put his phone away then the employee rudely with an eye roll said I need to see the coupon. Instead of helping the gentlemen they were rude and unhelpful. They acted like their customers were an inconvenience. The store was not even busy. I would put the names of the employees however the name tags had their names wiped off.

This is the worst burger king I've ever been to. Also, they take your order at the window at 11:51PM but when you get to the window, they say they are close....wtf. ummm I made my order, you took my money but now I cant have my food. Trash ass place!!

Went and purchased a sausage biscuit. On my way to work reset the bag pulled it out it was a biscuit with a piece of cheese on it. Took it back that afternoon and have some nasty alleged manager that was so incredibly rude if I was her boss I would definitely fire her

Stopped here after a stop for sliding at snow trails. Service was great, the place was clean and well kept. As always the food was good and came out as we ordered. We know what to expect and that's why we choose burger king over any other fast food chain. Wish they had real onion rings though.
Ordered a bacon melt and the bread wasn't toasted at all and the bacon was undercooked. Fries weren't cooked enough

Got the bacon melt at the drive thru. Started to eat it on the way home. No bacon at all! Toasted bread not Toasted! Would be really good if prepared correctly.

I go to this burgerking everyday and order a eggnormas burrito and today the tortilla was hard and stale and I was very disappointed in it most of the time it's made quick and careless but not to bad but certain days depending on whose making the food it's just outrageous how bad it is prepared and how careless the workers are. They definitely need to step up there game on serving customers and watch what they use when making food
