The food tastes great. The servers horde the food like they paid for it and are being forced to share it out of their own fridge. If you ask for them to add more of something they look at you like they're truly offended.

Don't bother using a delivery service with this location. If you place sour cream as a topping it could result in a burrito bowl arriving with literally a small silverware spoon amount of sour cream which is a pathetic thing to do to a customer.

I’ve never been more angry with a burrito in my life. Ripped, not by me, should’ve been double wrapped. I’m a vegetarian and it had meat littered throughout. Must have a dirty kitchen. Waited 10 min after my pickup window before anyone came to the window.

Sign said temporary closed at 730 p.m., but staff was inside working couldn't get any answers from staff. Bad way to run a business went somewhere else, I won't visit this one again.

Absolutely terrible service just to get fake Mexican food. If you want real Mexican food, go to El Campastre on 4th. It's true Mexican food! If you want to have your food made by a bunch of teenagers, go to Chipotle. Enough said...

they throw the burrito onto the counter and it landed on the floor so they had to remake it but we would have had to wait 15 minutes till the steak was done and the threw a bowl onto the counter they are lucky that it didn’t go off the edge and plus i don’t think it’s necessary to be throwing food on the counter that really p***ed me and my boyfriend off. they weren’t that busy to be in such a rush and throwing stuff onto the counter

Bunch of children working here and can't even make white rice. Then they throw an attidtude when you ask why they have no white rice. Undoubtedly someone needs to step in and actually manage this place. It's a failing location just like any of the others and it will be this organization's ultimate demise when it's all done and done.

I have never went out of my way to write a google review. Ontario chipotle is one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to solely because of the staff. I avoid this chipotle and will drive 20 extra minutes just to go to the one on Hanley. The one on Hanley always has the nicest staff, great portions and amazing food! Ontario chipotle is the complete opposite. Without fail every single time that I have been to this chipotle the staff has been some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Everyone always seems like they’re in a bad mood. Never smiling, one word responses, no eye contact, rude looks. I have even been straight up ignored by staff so that they can finish their conversation and have been treated like I’m bothering them by being there. I stopped here on my way home from work out of convenience since it is close to my home, and I had one of the employees yell “beans” at me because another employee (who I didn’t hear) had asked if I wanted beans in my bowl. I said, “I’m sorry, what was that?” In a kind tone and the other employee who had already been rude to me yelled “beans” at me. Wow. Very helpful👍🏼🙄 Their portions are also a complete rip off. The same worker who yelled “beans” in my face put the tiniest amount of rice that I have ever seen in my bowl. She then proceeded to give me a dirty look when i politely asked for another scoop. The food isn’t anything special either. Whoever the hiring manager is needs to either get their employees in check and have them practice better customer service, or just be straight up fired because this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t make a big deal if something like this had only happened once or twice but over that past 3+ years that I have been coming to this chipotle when I didn’t go to the one on Hanley, I have been greeted by the rudest staff. You guys seriously need to do better. I’m never coming here again. My recommendation, drive the extra miles and go to the one on Hanley! I have had nothing but amazing service and amazing food there!!

Both of my burritos were ice cold. Also missing ingredients. Everytime I eat at this location they service and food is absolute trash. Everyone has terrible attitudes and I’m truly tired of wasting my money here.

The attitude the lady gave me was very poor when i asked her a question and the food she gave me was so drowned in guacamole and sour cream that I couldn't taste the rest of my food and I ouldnt/didn't eat it

For the first time in a long time they were fully shocked and staffed. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff are ok, not overly friendly or driven. The trash is always overflowing, the utensil containers are always dirty, and the water dispenser was misfiring.
