Out of guacamole? and they charged me extra for meat when they never mentioned an upcharge, and no chipotle Tabasco

Purchased a burrito, Customer Service good, That being said my burrito was awful, steak was literally burnt barbacoa way dry,my experience rated on a scale of 1-10…. 5!!!!
Music was a little too loud for me and the dining room was a little dirty, but it was a good experience overall. Keep up the great work!

The restaurant was very dirty. Tables hadn't been wiped, and they were out if all if the natural drinks. We left another Chipitle and drove 20 minutes because that was one was out of drinks as well. Our server was amazing, and did a wonderful job of making our burrito bowls.

This review is about the food. Chipotle has gone done hill over the years. The queso is bland af and the chips are always stale. Doesn’t matter what location you go to. Chips should have a crunch not a smushy bend. The people are really nice though.
