The staff was not able to prioritize or multitask. The cashier was helping on the line with 7 other orders while I waited there to check out. He kept saying he would be right there to check me out but continued filling other orders behind me like they couldn’t wait their turn in line. They were not even that busy. Very poor time managment.

No forks in the place. Slow as molasses at the cash. The guy is running around looking for chicken while the three people, whose food is getting cold while it sits on the counter, are ignored. And four people lined up at the take out order pick up have been standing there for a while. Used to be a good Chipotle. Sucks now.

Hood just like any other chipotle but they are overpriced and they will charge you for extra protein like chicken and steak even though you did not order extra.
I order on-line. It is fast service and great food. The portion are big. We can eat half and have leftovers for the next day.

Very dirty floor with food and trash all around. All swept trash was left in the middle of the sitting area and was there for about 25 minutes while we ate. Not a great experience.
