What is happening to my favorite restaurant?? The last four times I went through the pickup lane, the orders were wrong, half the size they usually are, or they were done so early the food was cold. Not to mention the last time I went in and watched our food made, the kid dumped so much sour cream on the tacos I had to ask him to redo them, because he wasn’t going to. Then top it off, we go to a chipotle in Columbus, where we Have to order online only, so we do. They were 30 minutes behind the pickup time they’d recommended. They don’t have chips or tomatoes, which they didn’t have posted anywhere, so we just got our order without. In which case Because we had to order online we couldn’t get a refund unless we WENT ONLINE AND REQUESTED ONE. I work right up the road and eat here all the time…. About to be done eating here I’m so bummed
