My uncle paid 400 dollars for my cousins birthday party. And the cake we got was so horrible it was thin and barely had any frosting. Bad service. Some of the games didn't even work or stole time of my play card. I wasted time on my card for games that didn't work. I kept getting dirty looks from the employees. Everytime I would ask for help I got ignored. The pizza didn't look right the slices where off and the pizza wasn't perfectly round and the slices didn't match up. Dont go here SAVE YOUR MONEY

Our local Mansfield Chuck-E-Cheese came through in a huge way!!!! They helped my now 7 y.o. be able to have a Chuck-E-Cheese birthday party during this pandemic!!!! I can't Express how grateful and appreciative we are to all of the people working at Chuck-E-Cheese tonight!!!! You all made his day!! Thank you!!!!

My friends and I are nearly all seinors in highschool. We really want to make our last year something to remember so we all decided to take my 4 year old sister to Chuck E. Cheeses to win her as many tickets as we could. We took turns taking her to the different rides and near the end smashed it as hard as we could to get her the tickets. We ended up with enough to get her a unicorn plush and cotton candy for the group. I'm happy to know that its still a place where a bunch of (barely) kids can still be kids!

Typically our visit to Chuck E Cheese's is a blast and an enjoyable experience. Today was NOT the case. We loved that it wasn't overly busy today but the STAFF left so much to be desired in the customer service aspect. If you aren't good with children then you shouldn't work at a KID Themed establishment. The staff was too busy hanging out with their friends to take our initial order. Any time we needed something we were treated as though we were a burden to them. Then when it came time for our little ones to cash in their loot of tickets we went through multiple associates and none of them seemed patient with our 5 year old who couldn't make up his mind. In past experiences the staff was great but this experience leaves me wondering if a drive to Dave and Buster's would be a better option next time.

Was dirty. Ordered a pizza because buffet food looked old and dried out. Made it wrong. Asked if we wanted the wrong one or want new one.. of course we want what we ordered... took another 45 minutes after waiting 45 minutes for th he first one. The kids had fun running around playing on climbing toys and playing games.
