Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I took some time to get my to go order but I gave 4 stars for service because the staff was swamped with orders and dinners.

The worst meal we have ever had at Cracker Barrel. The eggs and pancakes were overcooked, and the hashbrown casserole seemed undercooked.

We enjoyed the food as always. Service was okay. Unfortunately waited over an hour for our food. Never had that experience before. Multiple larger and smaller tables served first.

Was traveling through the area. We stopped at Cracker Barrel because it's a well loved restaurant favorite of ours. This visit was not that great. There were 2 of us and the restaurant was about half filled. Not very busy at all. We both ordered fries and hamburgers. It took over an hour to get our food. When our food came out the steak fries were literally a dark brown. They were not editable at all. It seemed like maybe their grease needed to be changed. The food was hot when it came out. It was just very disappointing because of how long it took to get and because the fries were not editable.

Always good food and great service. Lately it's been taking longer to get our food and the food lately has not been coming out hot as it used to. The biscuits seem to be smaller than they used to be.

Love eating at Cracker Barrel, then shopping in the gift store afterwards. A win, win!!

Our family has visited many Cracker Barrel restaurants since the 1980s going around southern states and was so thankful when we started seeing them in Ohio. I still have decor in my home from back then as well and even though it's old I have a hard time parting with the items I've collected from the gift store over the years. We've never been disappointed with our food and the employees are so friendly and helpful! Cracker Barrel is my favorite restaurant and will probably always be!

The food was not as good as usual the waitress brought my husband the wrong dish I don't think she understood what he ordered. She brought some strange drink out and random things. Definitely does not make you want to go back this location went downhill

Bad Day for me ..Had to wait I over 30 Minutes for food...,Short on cooks! Food was good except sausage was overcooked

After 45 min told they didn’t know how much longer it would be. Our server was so nice & apologetic.
