This is the worst cracker barrel around. The food was horrible and there were extremely limited food choices including the kids menus. Extremely disappointing experience

We both ordered the Grandma's Special and chose the Country Ham. I thought it tasted funny like it was turning or tainted and then my husband said the same thing. We both didn't eat it and he ordered pan cakes and I had french toast. His pancakes were very thin, and tasted and looked very greasy , which is not the norm with the french toast tasted like the grill and greasy. We could barely eat it. we ate the side which was potato casserole. We did not complain to the waitress because she was very good and it was not her fault. It was not busy when we got there and there was plenty of seating. The food was just terrible and I don't think we will be going back, at least not to that one.

What is going on?? I want the old menu back! The atmosphere is gone! I use to love the pancakes! Not anymore! They were paste cakes! The food quality has gone down the drain! Service is so slow as well! The changes they made is a huge downgrade. Cutting corners only hurt the Cracker Barrel iconic well know brand. I won't be going back to eat till things get better! Very disappointed!! This has happened twice now! I'm done! 😢🫤👎👎👎

Usually, we really enjoy Cracker Barrel but at this visit and the food was terrible! The pancakes were paper, thin and tasted like old grill! The hash brown casserole was about a teaspoon, and it looked like I’ve been cooked for a week! I will think long and hard before I will visit Cracker Barrel again!

We had not been to a cracker barrel in years, we were reminded why. Started with a wait to be seated while the hostess(?) chatted with another employee. Service person was fine, not exceptional, and offered no insight for food suggestions; guess she doesn't eat the food. Well, perhaps because the Food was Terrible. Catfish was so greasy was inedible. There was actually grease on it as it came to the table, went all the way through the fish. Gravy for the potatoes basically tastes like salt, the intended 'base' flavor was unidentifiable (beef, pork, etc). Cole slaw was ok; slight vinegar flavor. The wife's pork chops were Dry, topped with unidentifiable gravy. She received a side of gravy for her mashed (dense) potatoes, different than the gravy on the pork chops? She did enjoy the okra. The sweet tea is a mild tea flavor, enjoyed. Atmosphere was OK, fireplace was nice. There were some crooked decorations, perhaps tilted shelves was intentional? Didn't get a clean feeling from table and chairs,surrounding area, and the table rocked. Highly disappointed and will not be visiting this location again

The food was not up to standard. I almost always get the grilled chicken tinders with fried okra. The Okra was excellent. The chicken burnt. My wife had the catfish also burnt.

Thanksgiving meals pick up. Got home and one meal was missing so had to drive back but they did give us a free whole pie to compensate.

We were on our way home from a concert in Cincinnati, and stopped in for a bite to eat. The server was very nice, and the food was delicious. The woman that checked us out, Tammie, was such a sweetheart. We were talking to her about our trip, and we had such a good conversation; she gave us both a hug as we left. She's deserves a raise!
