The food was not as good as usual the waitress brought my husband the wrong dish I don't think she understood what he ordered. She brought some strange drink out and random things. Definitely does not make you want to go back this location went downhill

After 45 min told they didn’t know how much longer it would be. Our server was so nice & apologetic.

It wasn't very good food, the mashed potatoes were in a clump & were cod, the meatloaf was okay the fish was good.

We keep trying to give this place a try and they cannot keep up with any sorta rush. It’s a Thursday btw. It’s always a crazy wait time. As I’m typing this we still haven’t gotten our food and it’s been a hour. The food can be good but doesn’t seem worth waiting so long. I never write reviews but felt necessary.

There was 5 of us at the table, they had to sit us at a 4 top because all of the big tables hadn’t been cleared of dirty dishes. When the food came the waitress took our empty glasses brought 4 of the 5 refills and never returned to the table till everyone was done eating, my chicken and dumplings was the worst I have ever had at any of the Cracker Barrel restaurants the chicken was rubbery and had no flavor, the “seasoned rice” was bland. If I go back to a Cracker Barrel again it won’t be the one in Mansfield as this was the second time with a bad experience and both times they weren’t busy

Was and over all bad place to stop didn't seem busy wasn't told about and extended waiting waited over an hour with hungry kids left without food horrible experience wouldn't recommend to someone I hated!!!

My husbands food was over 1 hr wait! The 1st time he had to send his steak back then had to wait on it to close to probably half hour and I was done eating. The waitress was great no problem there but the food was horrible. We used to eat there all the time. I doubt if we’ll go back now.

Everything was great ad usual BUT... I ask every time to wait to put my hot food order in so I can enjoy my excellent salad. No matter what I get 3-4 bites into my salad and here comes my dinner. My food gets cold as I eat my salad so it's not as good as it could be. I pay extra for the salad since it's not included as my side choice. I don't want to hear "sorry about that"...fix it or tell me how I can tell the server to wait on the hot food because it's not working the way I'm asking now. Yes I did work in the food service for over 25 years. Thank you

The food was good. Only downfall I had was I ordered curbside due to being in a rush. I got there when food was suppose to be ready after sitting for 20 extra minutes I walked inside and they placed my food in the DoorDash area.

The food was okay; the service could've been better. I usualky eat in, but this time my order was a carry out. I'm always prepared to tip, but the server did not take the time to engage me to ensure that I heard my order was ready.

Very dissatisfied with quality of food. My daughter asked if I would take her to Mansfield to enjoy some breakfast at dinner time. Our server was sweet and attentive. The food however was not good.
Daughter got chocolate chip pancakes which were cold. Only the bottle of syrup was warm.
I got a combo breakfast with eggs bacon hash browns and pancakes. Eggs were supposed to be scrambled and came out not scrambled. Asked for the bacon to be crispy and it was not. They gave me some potato casserole which I didn’t order and the pancakes like my daughter were cold. I also said no sausage and got sausage.
I told the server and she said I’ll have them remake the eggs and they came out not scrambled again. Never got the replacement bacon, never got my hash browns. When she came back to table a third time I just asked for the bill and we left.
At checkout I asked if the manager was available and was told no cause she was on the line cooking. How do you run a large restaurant like Cracker Barrel if you are cooking and not overseeing the daily activities of the restaurant. Not to mention, a manager should be touching every table to make sure the guest is having a great experience. I won’t be driving from Ashland anymore. First and last time I’ll go to that location.
