My child was served an orange Julius on Jun 6th. We were told it is dairy free. My child had a reaction. I looked it up. It is NOT dairy free. Please educate your staff.
I was given the wrong cake and I informed them the next day. The manager at Ashland Road store called me personally to apologize and reserved the correct cake for me to pick up at the Glessner Ave. Store where my original purchase had been made. I highly recommend them. Very good public relations. Thank you Dairy Queen!
