I'm white I was served by two black girls. I'm sorry I'm white, but you did not have to ruin my banana split. I watched you make it. And it was disgusting. I threw the bananas away, I actually had you throw them away. And the chair is at the bottom of the banana split. Is this how you treat white people? And yes I'm using the racial because that's how I feel, disgusting service. I would have black people working in my store with no hesitation. You two are the problem.

My child was served an orange Julius on Jun 6th. We were told it is dairy free. My child had a reaction. I looked it up. It is NOT dairy free. Please educate your staff.

Horrible experience. Kendra and Isabella should never interact with the public. The lack of customer service skills was ridiculous. I drove 30 mins and waited in line at least another 30, and didn't even have the decency to serve fresh food (which a sign is posted saying all food made to order). I will not be back. Galion is the same distance and the customer service is always pleasant and food is always hot and fresh
