I was given the wrong cake and I informed them the next day. The manager at Ashland Road store called me personally to apologize and reserved the correct cake for me to pick up at the Glessner Ave. Store where my original purchase had been made. I highly recommend them. Very good public relations. Thank you Dairy Queen!
The staff are always friendly. Establishment clean. Treats are great with the exception of Buster Bars (frozen take home). I would suggest adding a larger amount of peanuts in the 3 areas they should be. A six pack was mostly ice cream and chocolate with a very small amount of peanuts.
This was my first visit and what a great first impression!!! A young man greeted me immediately, with a smile, and the employees were efficient and did such a great job!!! Kudos to all. I will be back!!!
