My child was served an orange Julius on Jun 6th. We were told it is dairy free. My child had a reaction. I looked it up. It is NOT dairy free. Please educate your staff.

I was given the wrong cake and I informed them the next day. The manager at Ashland Road store called me personally to apologize and reserved the correct cake for me to pick up at the Glessner Ave. Store where my original purchase had been made. I highly recommend them. Very good public relations. Thank you Dairy Queen!

Small dessert / treat only take out. No meat sandwiches or sides. Frozen cakes and ice cream sandwiches etc in a freezer display. Same ice cream options as any DQ.
Note they close from October until spring.

I got a strawberry sundae yesterday and it was so messy. I opened the lid and it poured out all over me and the floor. The taste was good though just ruined the experience because of the mess

Customer service most definitely needs some improvement. The workers were extremely rude. I had to reach over another customer to try to pay for my items, only to be told they don’t accept discover card. Nowhere is it posted they do not accept that form of payment. The ice cream was yummy only after they had to throw them away, and remake them when I had my mother in law buy my ice cream again with her card. Overall you guys could use some better attitudes in your workplace.
Just a little disappointed.my milkshake was over mixed on the thin side. Part of this could be extraordinary amount of business from the solar eclipse and the machine wasn't keeping up as well as it usually does. Overall only a 4 today but I do stop here often.
