I ordered the Italian and asked to have the white bread instead of the pretzel bread. The sandwich was served on basic white bread that can easily be purchased at Kroger. The bread looked nothing like the bread in the pictures on the menu board. There was nothing upscale about the sandwich. It was basically what would be packed in a school lunch. There was also way too much mayonnaise in the sandwich. The jalapeño pepper soup was delicious.

Food was so good! Employees were so polite. They were having a bit of a busy day and still maintained a friendly demeanor. Inside dining area was clean as was the outside area. No complaints here and looking forward to trying everything on the menu!

We were on our way to Cleveland when we found this place for lunch in Mansfield, and it was perfect. Both my dad and I were very pleased with the delicious sandwiches we had. The server was very friendly and the food came pretty fast for a quick lunch. There were just a couple other people in there which made it not too unlively but quiet enough to have a conversation. Would strongly recommend

Food was very good! But the service was even better. I off-handedly mention that I wished my sandwich had lettuce to my family. A minute later, I was brought a piece of lettuce for my sandwich. They pay attention to their customers during the whole experience. Absolutely loved it.
