Have come here many times before and their sandwiches are normally really good, but this time I paid $9 for bread mainly and I even gave a tip (it was supposed to be a veggie sandwich). I wasn’t going to complain but the manager asked me how my sandwich was and I was honest I paid extra money for toppings which I didn’t get and they skimped out on stuff. She didn’t even do anything to correct the situation just tried to make an excuse that it was the type of bread I got. No that’s not the issue, I’ve had way better sandwiches in the past. The issue was you guys didn’t pay attention to detail and didn’t make a good sandwich. They had unprofessional staff working who was cussing and acting inappropriately after another customer had left. Definitely not worth this experience!!! I really hope this was a one time thing and they aren’t really going that downhill!!! That’s literally the sandwich I got for $9 smh just sad!!!
