The crew at Ontario Fazoli's is really good! The man running the place tonight knew how to help his people do their best, and he was working in the trenches with them leading by example. Every worker was warm and friendly and accommodating, even tho we showed up a half hour before closing cuz I didn't get home from work myself till late tonight. We'll definitely be dining with these fine folks again, just a bit earlier next time 😉

Was served by two gentlemen Leo and Emerson who both were very professional and polite. Unlike many visits, I did not have to go up the the counter to ask for more breadsticks as they checked on me numerous times. Great place to eat on a budget. (Ontario, Ohio)
The food was great. The service was sketchy at best. We got our food from an online order. Got home and we're missing two items. Ok. If happens. I call and they ask if I can come back in. Eh.. sure I wanted my cinnamon sticks. I get there and they proceed to tell me I have to show the receipt, ok.. I did. Then they say we can't do this for you in the drive thru. You need to come inside because it's an online order. What? Ok. So I go in. It took another 10+ minutes for someone to pay attention to me all the while the manager is cussing about having to answer the phone. They get to me and the food isn't even ready?? So I wait a little longer. Continuing to hear the manager complain about taking phone calls. I get my food and not even an offer for anything like a coupon, free drink, anything. While I was there there were two other tables waiting for food that they had to re-enter their order because it got lost?? I don't know. It was the least professional experience I had ever had at a fazolis. The more I think about it, I want to drop the rating lower but better yet I won't spend another dime there.

I haven’t came here since December of last year, Rocky wanted pizza so I came through the drive thru. This guy was very professional and respectful and of course Abby was doing her thing in her little manager shirt looking like a grown up😭😭😭, don’t know the changes you guys made but I see the parking lot looks fuller lately!! Pizza and bread was great!!! Good job yall!!
