Every single guest was raving about how good everything was, and several people told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The service was top-notch too! Very attentive and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

We could not have been happier with having. Gertz cater our wedding a few weeks ago! We did a tasting back in December and were extremely impressed with how good all of the food was. Their service on the day of the wedding was even more impressive! We had them serve our ~90 guests 2 appetizers during cocktail hour, then we had a buffet for dinner that they served as well. We had a small cutting cake purchased at a local bakery that they even brought out for us to cut even though we didn’t get it through them which was so helpful. Gertz had never been to our venue before, so they went above and beyond by coordinating with our venue and showing up the day before the wedding to check it out and set up their tables. The staff brought plates of food out to my husband and I during our reception so we didn’t have to go through the buffet line and they were very attentive. I also have a food allergy that they worked with and kept in mind throughout the whole process. To top it all off, Gertz was one of the most inexpensive vendors we looked at, so I feel like we got an incredible value. We could not recommend Will and his team enough!

Gertz Catering was the company that provided dinner service. I have to say, it had to be the best wedding food I have ever had. Let me tell you, I have been everywhere. Me and my fiance were looking to hire a caterer for our wedding this September. We did a food tasting and any kind of opinion we had on the food was taken as an insult by the chef. We then decided we wanted to hire this caterer and requested the contract which we were told was going to be sent to us for weeks before he ultimately stopped responding to our calls and emails.
I wouldn't trust these guys to handle catering anything important and you shouldn't either.
Me and my wife got the Cubano sandwich, the pulled pork fries and the Gertie smash burger, some of the best food I’ve had in a long time, can’t wait to get them again.

Gertz Culinary just supplied a 4 course tasting menu at an Airbnb for our daughters wedding and we loved everything they did from the delicious food and amazing charcutier board to the first class service and even left overs to take home with us Cant wait to book his food truck or even another dinner party

We had booked a cabin close to his local kitchen and he prepped and finished the food at the house we were at.
