I have been a DJ/Entertainer for over 40 years and have done 2400 events+. I recently had the pleasure of doing a wedding at The Legacy on Possum Run. Gertz Catering was the company that provided dinner service. I have to say, it had to be the best wedding food I have ever had. Let me tell you, I have been everywhere. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you are looking for a caterer, look no further. Gertz is EXCELLENT.
Hired Gertz culinary to cater a birthday party.They did an amazing job!! The food was perfect!! Its days later and people are still calling and telling me how good it was. Thank You Will and crew!! highly recommend!!
Gertz Culinary just supplied a 4 course tasting menu at an Airbnb for our daughters wedding and we loved everything they did from the delicious food and amazing charcutier board to the first class service and even left overs to take home with us Cant wait to book his food truck or even another dinner party
