Gertz Culinary just supplied a 4 course tasting menu at an Airbnb for our daughters wedding and we loved everything they did from the delicious food and amazing charcutier board to the first class service and even left overs to take home with us Cant wait to book his food truck or even another dinner party
We used Chef Will and his team for a private dinner for our wedding at the end of January. We had booked a cabin close to his local kitchen and he prepped and finished the food at the house we were at. Not only was Chef Will and his team the most kind and generous staff, the food was stunning. It’s so obvious how much this team truly cares about what they do.
