The manager (i assume), this rude, 50ish lady is so RUDE! I never complain, but I literally had to pray just to keep from letting her know about herself.

How can the owner keep this customer service and mistakes?

I spent $70, I was shorted an order of wings, other wings had no sauce then an attitude but finally given cold sauce for them being told I couldn't give them back to be done right. This after admitting they should've had it on there. I sat and waited for my other wings for 25 min, then being told they would get it to them when they could, I wnt home qith my cold food and gave up on my food i never got. This is after I already paid for it all. Then my daughter ordered again a couple of months later, the order was wrong, and I got a bad attitude AGAIN from the same lady. We paid over $50 for something we did not want just to but shooed away, a plain cheese pizza and small wings. Something has to be done about this woman and her attitude. Word of mouth is the biggest advertisement, good or bad. There's no reason for disrespect. I understand mistakes, but to treat people like they are a bother and get an attitude is ridiculous. People work hard for their money, we shouldn’t have to pay high price, get the wrong order/missing food, and spoke to badly. The kids working are polite, though.

I really hope the owner gets on this. I'm not the only one who has had this experience, especially the rudeness.

Ordered a 8 piece mixed thought I ordered a 12 piece. We'll the chicken was very cold an they forgot my 2litre of mountain dew. This is the 3rd time this has happened that my chicken was cold an they forgot my pop. I won't be ordering there anymore.

The pizza was really doughy. I ordered the piccolini pepperoni. The pepperonis were crispy, but the rest could've used at least another 10 minutes in the oven. Their pizzas were good last year. We camp at Charles Mill, so our last order had been fall '23. The quality has gone way down. Pizza was gross. Won't order from here again. I'll drive to Country Side or Deschners.

We usually enjoy their pizza and have had good service. But last night they said our order did not print correctly. They told my husband to wait outside. After 35 minutes he went back inside and our order was just on the counter. Asked why they did not bring out to him the Manager said "It wasn't his problem". They order was wrong and also was cold. Will not return to this location. Manager is rude to customers.

How do you order online? There is not one option for just a pepperoni pizza............you have to order their special select cheese only then pep. Would they even understand what I want???? Stupid! Been on hold now 15 mins. Can't order online or over phone. Smfh

I've been a happy customer of Gionino's Pizza on Ashland road for eight years now. I always order my pizzas "my Way" and the management staff has always been very eager and helpful to fulfill my wishes.Last week, I had a different experience. The person who took my order argued that they couldn't provide me with a pizza that was cooked "light golden brown", because we don't like their standard "well done" approach. That was never a problem for eight previous years.Then, after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, we still were waiting on our pizza. When I called to inquire when the pizza was arriving, I was advised it would arrive when it arrived. I asked to speak with the manager and was shocked to learn that the person that was of no help, was the manager. Then she told me that I should be grateful that her pizza parlor was the only one that would deliver to my area... “Whether we get it there or not”. I guess she doesn’t know that there are at least four other places I could have picked from. Confronted with the reality that this manager was not assuring me of when or if my pizza would ever arrive, I cancelled the order in favor of a Stouffer's Lasagna from my freezer. When I expressed my disappointment in how she was handling this situation, I was informed that she would not miss my business.You may want to find a new place to get your pizza... IMHO... Gionino's has taken a great fall.
