I normally order from 4th street but ordered from here by accident. I was 10 minutes late because I went to 4th street first which could be the problem but my pizza smells and tastes like cardboard. Super disappointed because it’s always good and even with me being 10 minutes late it should never taste like cardboard.

Terrible experience, I have tried ordering at 8:10 in the evening and they refuse to answer the phone to take any orders. This has happened several times and I am at the point of never ordering food from them again. Terrible business practice. Maybe try hiring anybody other than high schoolers.

Make sure when you buy a meatball sub you open it up before you leave because it's supposed to have 4 meatballs on it and they don't most of the time

Hair in my food is really unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would have because, yuck. We pay too much as it is and our food still isn't trusted.
