I love their Pizza and their Fried Chicken and JoJo's. The sauce, toppings, crust, Gioninos Bread(cheese stick pizza)..all of it,..just awesome (said with like real flair and enthusiasm)

This was one of worst pizza’s I have had in a very long time, it was very heavy on grease and the items were scarce at best. We have used this pizza before and was good, not so this time. Totally a no go for us ever again

Ordered from a new location, Lexington. And they were amazing. A mishap on my order and they sent it out right away. I appreciate that because my kids refuse anything but pineapple lol thanks so much gioninos!

It was Christmas and a couple of total strangers BROUGHT me a gift meal from this restaurant, and I was shocked at the quality of the chicken, and especially those awesome “Tater” wedges. Honestly, I’ve never had such amazing food in my entire life, and I’m serious about that. Later, I have returned to this restaurant several times and I was always amazed, not only by the food, but by the awesome staff. I would recommend this restaurant over any other in the Lexington area.

Ordered for pickup, was told 35 minutes. 1 hr 45 min later pizza was ready. Stated one pizza oven went down. Order large, x cheese deluxe and small garden x cheese. Large pizza had almost no toppings on it?? Small pizza was ok. Very disappointed and this was my first time trying them.

Last week I got a pizza and it was pretty good, but my family and I got subs the other day and we were all very disappointed.
My steak and cheese sandwich was 80% bread. It looked like they used one slice of meat for the whole sandwich and all of it was bunched together in the middle of the bun, some of which fell out and into the sub for someone else.
The other subs were pretty much the same, less buns and less meat than a sub sandwich from Subway at a greater price.
I had to repeat myself four times to get the order correct. I don’t think the young man was paying much attention when he was taking the order.
Tried to place online order but site wouldn't accept my card so gave up & went inside to place order. Placed order & waited 30 minutes then they brought it to my vehicle. Ordered Small Gionino's Best pizza & antipasto salad. Pizza was piping hot even after arriving home 15 min later (note: grease soaked through the box). Luckily, napkins caught it so it didn't leak onto car seats.

The cauliflower veggie pizza was inedible , the crust was not cooked , to the point unable to slice , very disappointed as we had friends over for a pizza , had to throw it in bin .

Lexington location got a new store manager about 6-months ago. She came in and everything got cheaper. Now it’s like Little Caesars. But I am giving this bad review not for the cheap pizza but for corporate not replying to any of my many many attempts to contact them. What a terrible company culture.
