Side dishes were KFC standard, & service was fast & friendly. But chicken was by far the worst we had all ever had. It was visibly shiny & oil soaked, with a gross soggy texture. Order was "to go", & quite a bit was just thrown away. Will never return.....

Tenders in Mansfield Ohio were horrible, mashed Potatoes and coleslaw was good, just was not impressed with their tenders tasted not fresh....would I go back no, at least not this location.
Two days in a row that mac and cheese wasn't available and on a wait. The leg and thigh had almost NO meat and were all breading. I loved KFC, but the past few visits made up my mind to stop eating there. It's such a shame. Waiting on Cains to be built or I'll go to Cracker Barrel for my go-to chicken from now on. The flooring inside the restaurant was SO slippery, and greasy is unacceptable for older people.

Got Mashed potato's for a friend. The Mashed potato's were good enough. But the real highlight was the customer service. I didn't catch his nametag, but he worked closing shift. I won't highlight the conversation, but if this is read to the employees, just know that you made me and my friends night. Went August 18th.

Ordered a 16 pc family meal online. When I picked it up, we checked the bag and noticed our biscuits were missing. When I went back in to get the biscuits, I stood there at the counter for six minutes before any employee acknowledged me or the line that was forming behind me. There were plenty of staff working, but employees just kept walking by. when the same employee that handed me my food the first time, approached me, he just stopped and stared at me and didn’t say a word. I told him that we did not get our biscuits and he proceeded to tell me that he knows he put them in the bag. I told him they are not in there. We checked three times! As he was walking away to get the biscuits, he repeated it again. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. The biscuits aren’t that great! I have worked in food service quite a few times and know you should not say that to a customer.
