Had 6 customers in the drive through refused to make part of order claiming they were too busy to make the fries from someone that works in customer service that's not good customer service it's just lazy employees refusing to do some because they don't want to

We had been on vacation and took a tour of the Mansfield Reformatory and afterwards decided to get lunch at the KFC as it was pretty close by. Prices were good and service was friendly. The Mac n Cheese was a bit overcooked and they forgot to give us our sauces and my husband had to go bk to ask for those but overall food was decent portioned and was alright and prices were good would say is overall pretty average for a food stop.

We all know that nothing's like it used to be but the food was good tasting. The problem I had was the horrible wait time and then not listening to instructions if you want a sandwich with no mayo you better go on there and watch him make it

Side dishes were KFC standard, & service was fast & friendly. But chicken was by far the worst we had all ever had. It was visibly shiny & oil soaked, with a gross soggy texture. Order was "to go", & quite a bit was just thrown away. Will never return.....

Tenders in Mansfield Ohio were horrible, mashed Potatoes and coleslaw was good, just was not impressed with their tenders tasted not fresh....would I go back no, at least not this location.

Two days in a row that mac and cheese wasn't available and on a wait. The leg and thigh had almost NO meat and were all breading. I loved KFC, but the past few visits made up my mind to stop eating there. It's such a shame. Waiting on Cains to be built or I'll go to Cracker Barrel for my go-to chicken from now on. The flooring inside the restaurant was SO slippery, and greasy is unacceptable for older people.
