The ladies that work at this location just made my daughter's day. My daughter loves the sauces here. We stopped and she told them it was her birthday and how much she loved their sauce. They loaded her up!!!!

Restaurant was filthy inside very slow so no excuse. Front door glass was covered with slop top to bottom from salt. I ordered wraps counterman said they didnt have them anymore. It was clearly written on road sign out front “2 for 5 wraps are back. I had seen them advertised on tv so I came in to try them. I said to counterman you should tell the mgr. to take the sign down if you dont have them she overheard me started huffing and puffing. I aint got time to take the words offa no road sign. Besides that Im aint doing nothing till the “Big Boss” tells me too. Well apparently the big boss didnt tell her to be kind to customers or clean the restaurant either. I wont be returning to that pit.

I’ve never had a problem with this kfc until I got a chicken sandwich. Bit into it and immediately spit out my food because on the opposite end I saw a bug on my bun. I drove back through the drive through to get my money back and the kid working alerted his manger. The manager then try’s to catch an attitude and try’s to flick the bug off and the kid working said “ I saw it!” The manager then offered to make me a new one, but where would the bread come from. Obviously the same package ? I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.

This location in my opinion is the best have always received great fresh food.I go enough to know certain Employees and big shout out to the hard working staff at Ashland Rd KFC.
Food was okay but this location won't do pick up through the drive-thru. Have to park my car and bring all my kids inside the restaurant to pick up my food so they don't have to hand it through the drive-thru

Went there to grab some dinner, we are in the process of moving, we decided to grab the 16pc dinner paid $46.99 for this meal only to get home and discovered we didn't get what we paid for missing 2 sides. I'm a little upset cause after paying almost 50.00 for a meal you shouldn't have to go back and get the rest of your food.

So we order 8 pc..4 breast/2 wings/2 drumsticks. We get (at home of course 18 miles round trip) 3 breast./2 thighs/2 drumsticks. They can’t even count to 8!! Alway,Always, Always check BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!!!!
