Kroger Pharmacy! Our Physicians sent a prescription for my husband. Needed right away. Drive an hour over to be told would have to wait 2 hours to get the prescription!!! We have a death in the family & are traveling. No one cares!!! There is no one waiting in line besides us?. How is this any kind of right??? My husband worked for Kroger for 34 years! So we try to keep our business with them. But after this. Why? Why? No customer service at all…….

While they were out of HALF of the items in this week’s ad, they are usually fully stocked. Place was clean as always and employees as usual were decent. I was SHOCKED that the entire Sushi case was PACKED on a Sunday evening (usually, it is a case of “the luck of the draw” at 17:00 on a Sunday). I could not believe that the only half-gallon milk you had was “Whole Milk” (totally out of skim, 1%, and 2% low fat), out of Sharp Cheddar 32oz bags, out of the Strawberries very prominently listed in the ad. But in general left with enough groceries to feed me for a month.

The Krogers on Lexington Avenue in Mansfield, Ohio is NOT enforcing their own mask policy. I was shocked at how many people I saw without masks tonight. I stopped at Walmart for one thing earlier this week, and they have a tent with a worker checking for masks as you enter. Protect your workers better than this, Krogers! You owe it to them to check customers!

On Wednesday I ordered food for pick up today. They were busy so the wait time was understandable. I questioned where my receipt was and was informed it is online and I can print it off. I told them I always get a receipt and I don’t have access to a printer. I requested for them to print me it off and was informed they could not do that since the order was completed. Really? So when did this Change? I never heard of such a thing that the retailer doesn’t give you an option. Guess I won’t use the pick up there anymore. Time for me to find a new grocery store.

Kroger Marketplace. Nov 11, 2019, 11:35 AM Is there a reason there are 4 personal shoppers in the produce department setting up a blockade so nobody else that's doing their own GD shopping can get their stuff and move along..... Kroger? Open your eyes people. Let them know to make sure they aren't blocking entire departments and pay attention please. There were a lot of people shopping that day because of not having to work, but this was ridiculous.

Why do you have so many lazy employees? ONE ! line open lots of people in that one line. 3 workers behind the service counter talking not waiting on the only woman in line making her wait until they are done talking. And we do not get paid to work there. You want us to work there then make it worth our time checking our self out like 5 bucks off at the self check out line. I am going to contact Rodney McMullen and give him my thoughts on shopping at Ashland road Kroger store and the laziness that is there. date was 9-9-2019 2 pm now check who the lazy people working there was. remove them hire some people that will actually work.

3 weeks ago a wheelchair shopping cart rolled out of the entrance of Kroger and slammed into the side of my truck causing damage. I wasn't parked I was in the driving lane going slowly through the crosswalk area. It hit hard enough I thought I had been hit by another vehicle. I filed a claim with one of the managers and they sent it off to a third party to review it. I was told by the third party that they don't cover damage made to a vehicle by a shopping cart.
