Nobody is ever at the counter and you’re waiting for a long time to even be helped. The drive thru menu doesn’t work and they never actually have any pizza ready to go. Love little Caesar’s but this place needs serious help with the management….

I would give this place a 5 star from the pizza I got from them in the past but I'm going to explain why I gave them a 2 star.
Just a few days ago I was trying to contact little Caesars and never got an answer. I had called around 10 times with waiting on hold for a while.
I decided to go to the the restaurant, in doing so there was an employee that had a terribly fake nice attitude.
She had went to state that they don't answer the phone because calls that they would answer to were annoying.
I work in sales and can say that-that is not how you do ANY bit of customer service.
I walked out with my order and will not return.
PS: I got my food before asking why they don't answer the phone.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza only for them to sub in regular crust and put salt on it without bothering to ask if that's what I wanted. I can understand being out of something, but at least inform the customer and ask what they would like instead. Waste of money.

Pizza was not warm & very tough. Had been sitting too long. We were the only people ordering besides a customer coming to get a replacement pizza as theirs was not edible. Staff was very rude. Will not go back to Mansfield. Norwalk location is helpful and food is hot & ready.

Was told my food will be ready in 45 minutes went back to get it. My pizza was burnt went back again and they made another pizza and it was dang near burnt too, but my kids were hungry and I had to leave.

Wish I would have looked at reviews before I went here, music so loud guy at counter had to repeat himself several times to order our food, get the order and the pizza was horrible, bland, doughy just plain bad. Never again!

I’m now gone to this location a total of four times in each and every time I’ve left with no food and no answer. I’ve gone at several different times of the day and each and every time when you go to the drive-through you’re sitting there and you get no answer And you will never be helped.
If you’re wanting cheap pizza, I personally recommend taking the drive to the Ashland location. You’ll actually be able to get the food and not waste your time.
