I understand that they are short staffed lately, but one of the girls there was extremely frustrated with staff and coworkers alike. She tried to be pleasant and let people know that there was a wait, which would have been fine, however, she was a little snarky when they left. Hopefully they get some workers in there soon so that poor girl gets a break

The Lady working the drive thru tonight (Easter-Eve) deserves a large raise.extremely polite and working as hard as possible to try and make sure every customer is satisfied even tho the store was slammed with 10 minutes left until close. while having just 3 people working and 1 was a trainee.one of the best customer service experiences ive had at a restaurant and I used to travel all over for work. for around 10 years. Give her the raise she deserves.

Placed an order online for 1 pepperoni crazy puff, 1 3 cheese and herb crazy puff, and an italian herb and cheese bread online for pickup through the drive thru, as my girlfriend and i wanted to try the new menu item. The website told us to pick up around 3:57-4:02. We arrived at the location at this time and pulled into the drive thru, sat in the line for a few minutes and wasn't interacted with by anyone. We decided to park and walk into the location, come to find out the order wasn't even started yet, they said it was going into the oven when we came to pick it up. 20 more minutes pass of waiting (and we had already waited 20 ish minutes from our order placement), all the while other drive thru customers are being served in a timely manner. We received our order and made our way back to my place of work which is just 7-10 minutes from this location, and our cheesy bread was barely even warm if it was supposed to have just came out of the oven, along with our puffs, and all of the crazy puffs were pepperoni. Major inconvenience as my girlfriend is a vegetarian. Needless to say, we were disappointed with our service here.

If you're craving pizza tonight, I'd suggest ordering from a different place.Our experience with this establishment was disappointing. Despite the app indicating our order would be ready for pickup between 7:22 PM and 7:30 PM, we ended up waiting for 1 hour amidst disrespectful treatment.This isn't the first time we've encountered such disorganization at this location; it's becoming a recurring issue. Clearly, there's a need for new management here.To add to the frustration, the manager abruptly cleared the lobby, locked the doors, and instructed customers to use the drive-thru instead.
Thee worth little ceasars I’ve ever had to deal with. They refuse to answer the phone and if they do they don’t speak. You ALWAYS wait over an hour for your food and they always act confused when you show up to pick up an order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible.
