First off, the staff at the window were professional and nice. I ordered a #12 sides of hush puppies and fries and 2 extra pieces of fish and a chocolate cheese cake. Got home, open the main box what I ordered plus fried shrimp, side order of clams and shrimp. Great deal for what I paid right? Nope, I'm allergic to shrimp, so the kids got it. Again staff was super nice, order was just wrong.

My husband placed our order online and then went and picked it up. Nobody greeted him going into the door, he stood at the counter for 5mins or so before finally getting someone's attention, he got our oder. when he got back to the hotel and we was getting the food out the bag he realized that there was no coleslaw or corn. They had forgotten the sides. He ordered 2 pieces of cheesecake they were thin slices almost looked like someone had cut them with a fork and they werent cold or chilled. So he called the store and the first two times he called it rang til it disconnected then on his third attempt someone answered he asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold then hung up on so he called a fourth time and was told that there was nothing to be done about it that maybe next time he will check his bag before he leaves and hung up on. So he did the survey thing on the receipt as well reached out thru the app stillness response from anyone in regards to anything...

We ate there early (12:30) on a Sunday, it was completely nasty…the staff was not friendly, the area where straws and lids were was in complete disarray, there was absolutely no tartar sauce, vinegar, ketchup etc in bins, completely empty…the food tasted awful, our stomachs hurt clear into next day. And the restaurant was dirty…I will NEVER go there again.
It was very smoky in the dining area, very had to breathe and uncomfortably hot.

Last 3 times we stopped they said they did not have onion rings! I told them to get ten dollars out and walk 30 feet to Krogers and buy some onions. They said they have onions, but they don't want to cut them! Sounds like laziness to me!!!

Works were very nice , food good ,BUT the dining rooms both was absolutely disgusting - filthy tables and floor in both dining areas , flies all over the filthy tables, trash not dumped and food all.over the floor , if I would have seen this before we ordered we would have walked out but thwy already had our money , Was are there a month ago and it was a great experience but this time what a mess , appears to be the manager on her phone about some chick she's fighting with coming through the drive through, leave personal life at home & take care of ypur damn restaurant!!!!!!!!

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks. The speaker was not working appropriately and they only got 1 meal and 2 drinks. Once we got the bag it was realized that 1 meal was missing and had to honk the car horn to get them to open window to order, pay & get the missed meal!
