Been here in the past and it wasn't any good, but we tried it again yesterday and the cashier. Sarah s was friendly, and professional she is your keeper at the counter. And the place look very clean and food was good. Only complaint, the onion rings you never have them. That the best thing there. And you are always out. And like the new waffle fries the old ones were always bad.

My husband and I go about once a month and the service always changes but the food is always great... This time however we got food poisoning from them. Yay (not) service was good tho. Will probably go back when craving fish and vinegar in a few months... Will change review at next visit.

I'm so utterly gutted that you don't have your fries. I can't even imagine what psychopath did away with them. I waited so long to be able to get on that side of town to where LJS was and just thinking about your perfect fries only to get home to waffle fries. It's fish and chips not fish and waffle fries. If you are worried about holding times then you need to practice the "Less more often" philosophy because these waffle fries are yuck! They are dry and they don't taste as good. I can not go to LJS again because most of what brought me there were the fries. I'm not mad, just dissapointed.

We haven't been back for a few months because the last 4 times we have went over the last year the food has been super awful. The last time in March of 2024 I called after we tasted it to let them know the chicken was extra dry inside and tasted really freezer burnt. I wasn't trying to get free or even replacement food. I just didn't want them serving anyone else that chicken. The other food was not great either. We ordered a mixed family meal with several sides like we usually do. I miss eating there very much. It's a family favorite. I called and the manager screamed at me and said the food is just fine I'm the problem. Several family members tasted it and wouldn't eat it because it was so gross. I hope some upper management can fix it. From other recent reviews it seems like it's just as bad now

What did u do? Takes forever to get a fish meal in drive thru. I got nasty waffle fries by mistake. Cole slaw was terrible. Used to be great. Hushpuppies were oblong and not cooked right. Overall too much oil taste. Different oil or not at right cooking temp. U have ruined one of my favorite meals. Line backed up in drive thru. Send inspectors to Mansfield, Oh
Ever since all the locations in Buffalo NY closed down I always try to stop here whenever we go out of state. The food is always amazing! I was sad that they no longer have the buttered lobster bites tho :(

I haven't ate at Long John Silvers for years!!! My husband and I stopped by today on the recommendation of my brother, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! The girl at the window Missy was so accommodating and nice!! Great customer service and a great meal....2 fish combo!!
