Literally used to be so good. I don't know what happened. Every time I order food I have to ask for a straw and half the time don't get it in the delivery (when I order it). Tonight, I did delivery and the food was COLD AS ICE. Two happy meals were ice cold. My fries were cold .they also put the happy meal chocolate milks on top of my sandwiches. making everything i ordered for myself cold. I don't know what they have going on at this McDonald's but this is ridiculous.

The service at this McDonalds left much to be desired! And the Sprite was literally unsweetened! Yes, you read that right! It was not sweet. Also, the fries were soggy.
Went thru the drive thru after 40 mins of waiting still no food. And they dont even remember what I order. I can literally hear the runners talking to his co worker about forgetting what our order was.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food. Ordered and the lady was extremely rude, then they handed us our drinks and forgot our food. Had to remind them we got food. Then we waited 20-25 minutes for our food. Everything came out cold.
This place is terrible at best. The employees can't focus long enough to get an order right. This makes me wonder who is either high or drunk working here. The past 2 times including today they have fumbled my order. Today I went inside to get it corrected after waiting 15 minutes for it to be brought to my car. The girl that I talked to appeared to be high and had trouble understanding English. I won't be stopping here for awhile. You would think that they should know that they are serving food here today, everytime I stop here I have to pull ahead and wait for it to be made fresh??????? Fresh it is not, my food was cold. If they can't get it right they need to close down.

This review is regarding McDonald's delivery with door dash from this location. I understand errors will occur occasionally, but with this location recently, there is always something missing or not prepared correctly. Nobody cares. No effort made to ensure orders are accurate and complete before handing off to dasher. Disgraceful.
