If your looking at the Canes drive through line thinking you’d save some time and swing through the Trimble road McDonald’s, think again.
You’ll pull in the drive through at 5:15, hopeful for a hot meal during the prime dinner time rush. There will be 6-7 cars ahead of you, more than you hoped but it has to be quicker than that canes line the length of a Navy aircraft carrier right? Wrong again.
After a 45 minute experience dealing with the crème of Walter Whites customer base doubling as drive through attendants, you’ll get your meal. A meal that is not only ice cold, but incorrect. 0/10 recommend.

They intentionally messed up my door dash order by not giving me my promotion and did not give me the right food and still sent the dasher out with it and refused to answer the phone to hear about mess up I tried calling 8 times.....you know what you did ....

Always have to wait 15-20 mins for you food then it's either cold or not correct . Every time I go to this location
Ordered a shamrock shake and waited 20 minutes. One of the workers with black hair and bangs looked at the ticket with our order and threw away the ticket. We then see that same worker take a customers drink off the counter, drink it, and kept it for herself. the drink wasn’t even on the counter for 2 minutes. We didn’t get our shake until we were almost yelling.

tried to doordash, the mcdonalds worker personally cancelled our order and when we called (after they said to call and confirm the order) the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude about the situation and did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. let me reiterate, the employee admitted to PERSONALLY cancelling our order rather than making it.

I ordered food and paid already on the app and it would not let me press im here on the app and they would not give me my food I paid for. I had to cancel my order order again and waited over 20 minutes just for 20 chicken nuggets and 2 fries ... manager on duty did not help and was rude

Waited in the drive thru for 18 minutes. Got my food it’s hardly edible, Someone needs to step in and manage this restaurant. The staff is rude. They have a goldmine, but instead they are running it into the ground.
