Went through last night and got 2 cheeseburgers, 2 small fries and a mint ore flurry. It was absolutely horrible. The 2 cheeseburgers had been sitting there for hour's bun hard,looked as if they had been ran over and the smell of them. The flurry had maybe 2 one's on top that's all. Service is absolutely horrible. I wa there at 6PM and way to many kids working that just don't care.

The staff are so busy with the drive through that it’s hard to get fast service in the walk in area. Definitely BAD management here

On Sunday Nov 24 I went through the drive thru and placed my order which was told to wait for them to take an order from the car that pulled up on the other speaker at the time I pulled up on the other speaker! After placing my order I moved around paid and moved to the next window where I received my drinks and was told to move up to window #2 where I sat and waited for about 15 min to receive the rest of the order when the order came out it was taken to a vehicle in the #3 spot just to find out that it was the wrong vehicle! The food was cold upon arrival especially the French fries! No wonder you don't see many vehicles in the parking lot at this location! It takes forever to get your order!

Dining area needed a little better upkeep although it was a busy Friday night. The playplace is always great for the younger kids, and the older one liked using the touch screen to order our dinner. Overall I would say 7/10 which is better than expected for Mickey D's on a Friday night.

Update on today's order since I can not post a new review. I ordered a table side order because I have a broken ankle. Waited 20 minutes they sat it up there and never brought it to my table. I asked them to remake it and the refused. Disputing the charge through my bank and never going through this franchise again ever. I WILL DRIVE 30 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALD'S NOT OWNED BY THESE GUYS. Guess I'll just be a loyal customer of Wendy's and Burker King locally from now on. Just WOW.
Yesterday I ordered 2 steak, egg and cheese mc muffins with breakfast sauce and they forgot the breakfast sauce. The manager said she would replace my sandwiches so I drove through again and told them about the replacement. They gave me 2 steak egg and cheese mc muffins with mayonnaise! I called the manager of the store she said they don't use any mayonnaise or white sauce in breakfast sandwiches. According to the companies website a mayonnaise like sauce is used for some of their breakfast sandwiches. The manager LIED to me! I have a picture of the sandwiches that shows white sauce and I'll be posting it in the photo section. Breakfast sauce is yellow!! She refused to replace my order. They think it's alright to mess up multiple orders but won't fix it to make it right. This is so frustrating. UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
