This situation took place about 2 or 3 days and I’m still irritated. Me and my man ordered food and paid off our apps he goes pick it up they tell him they don’t have my order he parks and goes inside and show them the screenshot dude still insisted they didn’t have my order and they could not make it unless he had the phone it was ordered on .. so my man call me and I’m sleep so i hear all this but can hardly comprehend . I’m confused because nothing on the app has an option to cancel and get my money back I already paid . So I have to get out my sleep at 5 am in the morning to come show my phone right …WHY WHEN I WALK IN MY ORDER SITTING ON THE PICK UP STAND !! Best believe I went off ! HE DIDNT EVEN NEED TO SEE THE PHONE ONCE I GOT THERE . Literally wasted me and my man time having him come all the way back home so I can come show my order . Ridiculous get it together and it was the chubby built one

Was cut off multiple times while ordering, didn't even ask if I was finished ordering or repeating what I ordered they gave me price and told me 1st window. When I got to it I had get them to repeat my order which was not correct. After getting to 2nd window. They handed me my bag and half the food was missing.

They entered my order wrong in the drive-thru. They didn't charge me for a Coke I ordered. When I pointed it out at the second window they told me they can't ring anything up in that window and I had to go back around and start over. For a Coke that they didn't ring up. Then ask me to pull forward and wait when I went around to get the Coke!

I recently visited MC Café and was thoroughly impressed with the experience! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of.
The menu offered a great variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Their coffee was rich and flavorful, paired perfectly with the fresh pastries. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the café was, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.
MC Café is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great café experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Always on point and the staff is always nice. Love that double cheeseburger and when the mc rib is in it just hits right. Best fish sandwich for fast food itvis just right wish they did not shrink how thick it used to be. All the way to the late 90s the fish sandwich was much thicker. The Big Mac is also a scrumdiddlyumptious treat.

Stopped here while traveling through the area, ordered on the app, and pulled up to a line 3 deep on both sides. Can't fault them for that.
Where I find fault is neither line moving for more than 10 minutes.
When I finally got to the first window after the 20 minute wait, the girl told us our order didn't appear to exist (we always stop at the first window just to confirm, and they always know about it) and the girl didn't know what to do and didn't go to ask someone else. She told us she just have given our order to someone else and cleared it, then stopped talking and stood there staring at us. After a minute, she shrugged and said she could take the order again, to which I replied that we already paid for the order and she said "I don't know what to tell you."
We pulled to the second window and they had our order sitting there ready to go except an m&m mcflurry. They brought over an oreo, we corrected them, and they made a new one without a problem and offered the oreo to us as well.
The food was decent enough. My daughter said her fries didn't seem to have been salted and didn't eat them, but the nuggets were good and my McDouble was cooked but had less of the condiments compared to normal.
