First time here and wasn't impressed at all. It was bad enough that we had to wait longer than normal because the worker forgot to make a sandwich, it was supposed to not have onions and it did. I ordered extra meat and I'm not sure, but 2 pieces of steak-ums doesn't add up to extra steak. We ordered loaded tots, paid for loaded tots and received tots only. No loaded part. The employees were too busy dancing and messing around to get the food correct. So, it will be my one and only time for Mr Hero.

The food is most always good but due to staffing issues, quality of service is inconsistent.
Ordered online ahead, order was not ready. I ordered a Romanburger for myself & an Italian for my boyfriend.Subs were dripping wet, bread paste there was so much fluid from banana peppers, tomatoes and sauce.My meat had an "old" taste to it.We threw most of it away & the prices are too high.Overall, not a good value & food haphazardly prepared.

WEAR GLOVE PEOPLE PLEASE!! I don't understand why people act like fast food is so hard. Ordered a sandwich (a steak one...that the manager cooked) well it has little tiny pieces of chicken all through it. I didn't order chicken for a reason. It was made with great sloppiness and the cheese sticks werent done. I called and it was like i was speaking with a 12 year old who answered the phone saying hello....?♀️?♀️I will be calling the health department.
