Ordered a prime rib dinner, the prime rib was not juicy at all it was dry as leather, the au jus sauce was all soy sauce

So 9 months later and still no response from them after contacting the website that they recommended!

We get taken out often. Love their family chicken tender meal!! It comes in a foil tin pan, so I can get some moisture if you have to travel far.

We are frequent O’Charley’s diners. We went to eat at the Ontario store last week and they got the order wrong for both me and my wife. Ordered door dash from O’Charleys tonight and I order a medium sirloin and received it well done. It only looked to be about 4oz. Bad couple of weeks for them. We won’t go back for awhile.

Oh, my goodness, the food was bad. They recooked it 2 times and couldn't get it right soggy. Fish shrimp was overcooked. French fries weren't crunchy.
The ribs were like dry, very bad

My server was amazing and I tip well. The food was great good frys perfect salting . The chicken fingers I wanted for the chicken platter was great . Ranch dressing to dip them , found myself super pleased.

Always have loved this place. Friendly staff. Good value for your money. Moderately priced, high-quality food that 95 percent of the time is going to be very good. The inside of the place is looking pretty dated considering it's 2025 but that's not a reason to bump down to 4 stars. I recommend this place because it's very decent and it's consistent. Two excellent qualities. Oh, and their caramel pie is bangin'.

Our server was stellar. Other than that, the interior felt oddly empty and cold. Maybe it was because we were there late? The ceilings are high and brightly lit, which kind of took away from the more intimate setting we were seeking. Regardless, we were there for food, not decorations. 😀

Our potato skin appetizers were flavorful, but somewhat one note. The country-fried steak entree was good, and very filling. The sea food platter was enormous. Each piece was hot, crispy, and delicious.

We'll eat here again, it's just that we'll know not to expect a setting conducive to quiet, private conversation. 🙂
