The meatloaf was bland and on the dry side. The broccoli was seasoned well. Waitress asked if I wanted gravy for the mashed potatoes. I got it but didn't know that it was an extra charge.

This was the worst experience I have ever had there. We sat for 20 minutes and had several waitresses, and the hostess walked by and never acknowledged us. Then 3 other parties were seated behind us and got waited on. I don't like walking out of a restaurant but that was ridiculous so we left!! I won't be back for a long time.So, it has been a while since I wrote this review. We have been back to the restaurant several times since. They graciously gave us a $40 gift card to give them another chance.Things have changed and have had wonderful service and delicious meals every time.I just wish they were closer.Thank you for making things better.

My graduating class from 52 years ago had a small dinner get-together and we had a great time. Everyone's food was enjoyable and the FREE pie on Wednesday was a special treat. Thanks for making our get-together extra special for us old folks!!

The best thing about this place was our waiter. O'Charley's was pretty decent 2-3 years ago ( pre-pandemic). Since then they have gone downhill. No more prime rib! Now everything is baked, just ask your waiter. Cost savings? Just bland food. I still think they have some of the best chicken tenders.
