The server working at the bar was AMAZING, i believe his name was Mitch. He was attentive, refilling our drinks immediately, he was friendly and offered us breadsticks and alfredo to go, food was quick and hot. 10/10 experience, would recommend.

Three of the four of us ordered the same thing and each was a different portion. $ 22 for each and one looked like a kids plate. The table and pay device was completely disgusting. Waitress didn’t seem interested to check up on the table. Another reminder to eat at home.

Wheelchair accessibility: I know the wheelchair accessible was pretty decent,but we went in and I was caring my disabled fiance and the lady made her walk all the way to the back of the restaurant with no courtesy of keeping her close to the front so she didn't have to walk as far. really bad service was very slow never seen our waitress and had to ask for refills Olive garden really needs to work on customer relations...

Haven't ate here in a few years and definitely will not be back. I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli added to it. The pasta and broccoli was alright, but the chicken was terrible. I have ate ribeye steaks with less fat on them. I ended up picking all the chicken out of my dish and my wife did the same with hers. Absolutely disgusting!!! I cant believe the money i spent for this. Definitely will never be back again.

My daughter and her boyfriend decided to go out for a date night that was quickly ruined by the experience they had at this Olive Garden. For the record we are regular customers here and no longer will be, which is sad and disheartening. As my daughter went to eat her entree (Alfredo) she noticed something harder than it should be and spit it out thinking it might have been a hard noodle. It was a giant chunk of someone’s fingernail. Instead of comping their entire meal and trying to make sure this incident was handled correctly, professionally and politely they acted as if she was the problem, removed only the portion of their check that had the fingernail in it and offered her a free dessert. What they didn’t know or realize is that they now lost a regular customer, we will be telling and showing everyone this to forewarn them that if a disgusting health code violating mistake happens that they won’t even make it right. So disappointing AND disgusting. This is how communicable diseases are spread!

Our group of 7 enjoyed lunch on 2-23-25. Our server, Monique, did an awesome job! No complaints from anyone in our group. We're not huge fans of Olive Garden's food, but we keep quiet cause we know others like it. We like Fazolis food a little more. You will probably like this Olive Garden location, most do.

The food is always good! My daughter and like 12 kids went to eat. They are all very good kids and know to tip the waitress. The waitress told them them they better tip or she would be mad. Then she threw straws at them. There are kids that know right from wrong. The waitress might want to be a little friendlier next time! This was at Ontario location!
Just left olive garden in Mansfield seated right away, servers walking around stopping at every table but ours, after 15 minutes got up and left, never going back, the kicker a couple was seated and taken care of right away, table right beside us
