Good food and drinks at a fair price.

I ordered a curbside to go. Got there ended up hitting it twice as I was there and After waiting for 15min I decided to go in. Did get my food immediately since it was already sitting there. Manager on duty had to ask staff if it was ok to give it out. I'm not local so first time there and was taking it home to eat and was not expecting it to be warm.
Got it home and I had thought I had everything but one I opened the box to the steak it was missing the add on items of mushrooms which were on the receipt. Then went to cut into the steak that was to be well done and it was cook medium. Had to finish cooking. Luckily everything else was ok.

The actual steaks were ok, but the sides sucked! Mashed potatoes were "old," texture and taste like they'd been around awhile. Also, why would you make shrimp with a sauce and leave the shells on?? Messy!! The side salad had a lot of brown lettuce. Not the quality I've come to expect from Outback. Disappointing as it was my birthday dinner! 😢

David is an amazing server and is right on top of everyone's drinks. We had 11 people and it was just him taking care of everyone and did perfect. Thank you

AliJah was a wonderful hostess... friendly, kind, checked on us to make sure our food was good and if we needed anything... will definitely be going back.

Most terrible experience ever having dinner with our family we have had! We have four children you think the first thing they would tell us when we walk through the door is they are out of macaroni and cheese, which still makes me scratch my head. They were also out of bread. We were told we couldn’t order a shot and a beer or a shot and a drink because you can’t have two drinks in front of one person. The blooming onion came out and it was absolutely raw On the inside and gross. Waited an hour for our food on a Monday night when the restaurant was empty. The kids cheeseburgers were nice and hot. However, my steak and my wife’s chicken sandwich were both ice cold. Hate to be a Karen and at that point, I was questioning my own sanity and was wondering if I was just frustrated with this place or if it was actually that bad! We spent $170 and had a miserable experience from start to finish. I run a small business and I know Google reviews are important and I hate the trash a place unless they absolutely deserve it but in this sense they earn every bit of this one star.

The service was great. The food was good, but they didn't have frys, and one of the hamburger buns was soggy. Bloomin onion was ok, but it was very greasy. Also the floor had food all over it. When they cleaned off a table, the staff just put it on the floor and didn't clean it up.

Party of 9, 3 of which where children under 5! We got there at 1:30, got seated at 2 waited 35 for our drinks, our entrees never came, at 3:45 we canceled everything and paid for drinks and left! The 3 children even asked for their food!! They were out of sirloin, out of pasta, out of crayons for the kids!! Absolutely a waste of 2 hrs! My husband and I go there a lot so we extended out to our children and their families to join us, I left in tears I don’t see our family often and this was our time together just for us all to leave upset and hungry! Ridiculous! I will not ever be back!!

Our waiter, Nathan,in Ontario, OH on 2/22/25, was AWESOME. Polite, very friendly, informative, and prompt with service. Will ask for him specifically next time we visit.
