Make sure you double check the menu with what you are served. I got the Carne Asada Burrito. It did not have the guacamole salad or tomatoes it was supposed to. I also asked for both rice and beans. I only got rice. There was no menu at the table to double check what I ordered because they take them after ordering. I did not pay the check so I forgot to look and see if I was charged for the extra side I did not get. The food was fresh and very good. Just not all there.

I love panchos, the food is delicious and worth the price when it’s right. My problem is this is the fifth time I’ve ordered it either for pickup or delivery and they didn’t give me my salsa. FIVE small sides of salsa verde and they just don’t put it in there. They cancel orders on Grubhub without any warning and over an hour wait for the food. If you don’t want to fulfill the orders correctly, or at all, don’t have a pickup/ delivery option.
