Didn't want to give this a 1 star. Ordered the whole Mediterranean sandwich. When it was ready, it arrived with brown streaked, wilted lettuce. The more I looked, the worse it got. I returned it to the counter and told the disheveled young girl who was assembling the food I was going to exchange for a bowl of soup as the lettuce was unacceptable. As I waited for someone to show up at the register, the stares, unfriendly looks from the workers added insult to injury. They will never have to worry about me darkening their door again..
The Cinnamon Crunch bagels were the reason why we drove across town to buy them. They were lighter in color and there was a lot more cinnamon and sugar on them. But about one month ago it changed both in the topping and less sugar and cinnamon . The first time we thought anyone can make a mistake but this is the second time and we’re disappointed. So, rather than drive clear across town we go back to the Ontario store and give them another at it.
