Pizza is nothing special but satisfies the desire for a quick and easy dinner. Sadly the drivers are extremely rude. I say start over because they are ruining anything good in that establishment.

I was utterly impressed at the professionalism and proficiency of the young lady who helped me today. She is truly a 5-star employee! She was able to juggle multiple orders, carry on a cordial conversation, and ensure my satisfaction with a smile! Along with that, she helped me resolve an online order issue at the same time. I was SUPER impressed! I could tell she loved her job and I told her that. She said that's her favorite kind of compliment. I plan on visiting the store more often. Kudos to the management of the Main Street Papa John's in Mansfield, OH. You have an AMAZING employee working for you there!

On a Papa John's scale this is one of the better ones I went to and it was even on a Friday night. Food was good, service was what you would expect and the store itself... Well it's just a store. When I'm in the mood for Papa John's, I'll order here again.

Food was excellent, service was up to par, fast delivery, AMAZING brownies.
I ordered a pizza, honey Chipotle wings, and a 2 liter. They forgot the 2 liter, no big deal, but when I called they said they were out and the driver was supposed to offer me a replacement, which didnt happen, and they were gonna bring me one. I called back a bit later because I realized my wings had no sauce(and they still hadn't replaced the 2 liter) and they said the driver told them he DID give me a 2 liter of mountain dew(I dont drink that) which he definitely didnt, then they say theyre gonna replace the 2 liter and bring a sauce cup for the wings. Now its been almost 2 hours since I ordered originally and I still dont have it. The manager was also quite short with me over the phone and I hate complaining but I feel I should warn people, pick your food up if youre ordering here. Its good but youll wanna make sure its all correct before leaving, or youll be staring at cold wings for an hour with a dry throat.

Ordered online cut in sqares was cut in triangles then squares ordered 2x garlic butter in addition to the 1 per pizza that comes with the two pizzas i ordered only recieved 1 total. Pizza so jacked up all toppings fell off as i picked the pieces up. BEYOND PISSED OFF!!!! The picture is how i had to pull the pieces apart. Is there a corporate number????

Very tightly ran ship. Tried several other pizza shops in town, all very unimpressive staff/friendliness. Came to ol reliable and the staff was fantastic. Along with incredibly fast service. Food was delicious!
