Ordered online cut in sqares was cut in triangles then squares ordered 2x garlic butter in addition to the 1 per pizza that comes with the two pizzas i ordered only recieved 1 total. Pizza so jacked up all toppings fell off as i picked the pieces up. BEYOND PISSED OFF!!!! The picture is how i had to pull the pieces apart. Is there a corporate number????

Very tightly ran ship. Tried several other pizza shops in town, all very unimpressive staff/friendliness. Came to ol reliable and the staff was fantastic. Along with incredibly fast service. Food was delicious!

Ordered the works-no mushroom, no ham, add banana peppers and bacon- there were no banana peppers and no bacon. None of the pizzas we got were good. Would not recommend and will not order from here again.

Don't trust these people. They put an advertisement up on their sign saying one thing and then you call in and they're answering service doesn't even know what they have on their sign so they don't honor what it says. Too lazy to answer their own phones so basically no one knows what's going on. Total waste of time crappy pizza anyway...

Call was 3rd party not to the store directly. Pizza was not cut right I asked for squares an was charged more then the big bill board out front that says 7.99 if picking up. In side the store the second lady that came over was rude.

Ordered my food waiting over a hour and half to get my food cold and wrong then on top of that I have a whole ass pan under my pizza yes a pan from the store they didn't even take my food off the pan and had doordash bring my food when I paid for them to deliver it not some weirdo with his gf edit: talked to a manager and was told I had to go through Doordarshan for a refund when I didn't order with doordash and when I told her that wasn't going to fly she hung up.on me so I called corporate don't order here ✌️

I placed an order for a med pizza, pepperoni and bacon, and bread sticks. They didn't put one pepperoni on the pizza and when I called and told them about it, the manager wanted me to drive all the way back there just to show them they messed up my order and then once she sees that there's no pepperoni then they'll remake my pizza, terrible service and they lost a weekly customer. Would highly recommend any other pizza place in Mansfield Ohio over Papa John's on main st.

Have been coming to papa johns after a bunch of horrible experiences at little caesars in mansfield. They serve good pizzas that are actually done on time.
