Not impressed with the staff. Very rude and condescending attitude.

Roger was amazing—he was very welcoming from the start and helped me order subs for both my six- and three-year-old. He even let the cooks on the line know to cut my kids’ subs in half. Unfortunately, that step was forgotten, and I also believe oregano was added even though I requested it be left out. My children mentioned that the subs were spicy, and when I tasted them myself, I agreed. I also overheard a girl on the line comment that they would probably have to remake the subs.
Once I received my food, I asked Roger if he could cut the subs in half, which he immediately did. At that point, the woman on the line began loudly giving him grief, saying there was no way she could remember to cut subs in half with so many orders going out. She continued speaking very loudly, and later did it again, drawing attention from not only me but other diners as well. It was extremely unprofessional.
Roger truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond. There were several customers after me, and he treated every single one of them exceptionally well.

Club and Italian are my favorites!
(Older gentlemen that works there can come across a little creepy ) but others are great especially Kartrea, she greeted me and was pleasant not just to me but others who was waiting

The food was great, no problems there minus the raw cookies.
However the general manager and staff of 2 females talking in depth about another employees illness and lack of insurance was BEYOND a violation of HIPPA and rather toxic.....then the district manager walks in. Order take out!
OH and how dare I forget the 5 boxes of potatoes sitting on the floor without a stand or cart under them.....RIGHT NEXT TO THE BATHROOMS!! That's all.....

The service is always great. The staff esp the manager (I think) and the guy who always takes your older are awesome. I come here quite often. My only complaint is the tables and the floors are always quite sticky/dirty.

I visited the Ontario penn station location today I witnessed one male employee ringing customers up and preparing food with the same gloves and getting himself a drink and never changing his gloves …I’m a little concerned about the welfare of public health concerning food handling.

The food is outstanding, but there are zero accommodations for disabled people who want to pick up their own orders. NO curbside pickup. You can't even pay at the order station at the front of the store and have them bring the order up for you. You have to walk all the way to the back of the store to pay for and pick up your order. The employees told me there were strict rules about what they were allowed to do for customers, even disabled ones.

Myself and 1 other person in line , 3 people seated in dining room. Myself and another gentleman stood in line for 10 min no one acknowledged we were there. Not so much as a glance , a hey we are short handed it will be a sec. After 10 min I asked if they were taking any more orders and got a nasty look from what I can assume is a manager and then proceeded to wait another 3 min to give my order. Then another 10 min to cook said order. Terrible place to eat. Terrible people working there with no sense of customer service . This is a place that does not deserve your business!!! Go to firehouse , Culver’s, or jersey Mike’s. They deserve your business.

I've only been to Penn Station to get door dash orders. I've been there twice. 1st time was okay. Definitely not appropriate to talk about certain things in front of customers. Going in today really made me feel uncomfortable and made my anxiety high. I went in to get someone's order, no one said anything to me or acknowledged I was there so I let them know myself what I was there for. They were still making it which is fine but when it was finished one of the girls just sat it down and didn't let me know it was ready so I stood there for another 5 minutes while they ignored me and and kept looking back at me laughing. This is unacceptable behavior. We all have jobs to do. Customer service is awful. The guys there were okay and the blonde girl was sweet to me.

Food is great. Pretty pricey for what you get but it's good. Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes I've seen them arguing with one another and complaining about people calling off right in front of customers. So sometimes not very professional but that does seem to be the way of the world these days. Expect trashy service because most of these places are going to provide just that. This place isn't awful by any means but when people are paying 60 bucks for 3 people to eat... Keep the whiny BS to yourself. No one wants to hear it. Life sucks. Get a helmet. [8-30-24] Update to review. I don't have a moment. Everything that needed to be said was said. It was an honest recollection of an experience I've had at this location several times. You're only as good as the people you hire and you hired people that like to argue with each other about who is doing what and when. Also complain in front of customers who are just coming in for some food. I didn't hire them and wouldn't have. So perhaps you should "take a moment" and have a discussion about professionalism with the staff that you chose.

Best fast food sammich shop chain. The Cheesesteak is so good. The fries are county fair style fries, and I absolutely love them.

Oh, and the lemonade is fantastic.

That's my meal every time I order, and I've never been dissatisfied.

Definitely a go-to for me when I've decided I'm having a cheat day.
