**12-13-25 update: A generic email and a poorly executed apology with no resolution! Only a phone number to the store where David north never goes to according to employees. Photo included** **According to Ohio Law and the FTC they have to accept a return if you do not receive your entire order. It is your choice to either have a credit or refund. That being said on 12-12-25 @ 9pm the shift manager stated that he could only give me a credit since they did not deliver part of my order. My order was missing 4 items! I will not longer order from Pizza Hut. I will be contacting the BBB, FTC, and my bank regarding this issue. I have tried to contact the district manager numerous times before about similar situations and they refuse to respond and make it right. Pizza Hut is a horrible company who does both care about State and Federal Laws with horrible customer service. No wonder their sales and profits have plummeted in the last 5 years. I normally order from. EAST OF CHICAGO in Lexington and have had zero issues and we order twice a month. I only order from Pizza Hut maybe 3 times a year because my son likes them but that will no longer be a factor and I refuse to order from Pizza Hut ever again!**

The service has gotten better at this location. I believe they have changed. The current staff quality is more consistent and the pizza taste a lot fresher than the last time I’ve been in here big kudos to the night crew for making the pizza every time.

This crew absolutely came through for us with a sizable order in the dead of night. Cooked perfectly and no errors. In fact I've never had a mistake out of this location.
Order pizza last night asked to be cut in squares that's didn't happen. The pizza was so bad I tried to eat 2 slices and had to throw it away it was so bad. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut.

I'll give the person, who was prepping several pizzas props, but when you're in view of the front counter, you need to turn your head from time to time to make sure you're not missing the customer. I shouldn't have to yell, which I didn't. Manager on duty was in the restroom so that's another reason to check that counter. The store manager came in and was talking with the shift runner about how he cut a bunch of hours the day before. Good but not with the "f" bombs especially when you have a dining room customer not just in earshot, but definitely visible. My personal pizza was made with fresh dough and had what I think is a good amount of sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. Not overboard and not skimpy.

Worst establishment I’ve ever experienced. They mess up your order, act like it’s a nuisance to fix their mistake then proceed to mess the order up AGAIN. Wasted my time driving back, let the other half of my food get cold then get home to see they didn’t even put sauce on the pizza and added extra cheese to try to hide the fact they put no sauce on it. All the manager said was “well I remade it for you” but didn’t even remake it correctly???

I ordered 12 bone-in wings and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. My pizza was overcooked, but the wings were delicious. I tried calling the store about my concern and a team member answered the phone and then put me on hold. To make a story short I never talked to the Manager, I keep calling and same team member said I got you ma’am. And Still never spoke to a manager. This place is in Mansfield, Ohio on Lexington Avenue. Just unprofessional and customer service suck. You all need to be retrained.
