A run down pizza hut, no fountain drinks, no plates out, no silverware, crust was doughy, and way to much pizza sauce! I was very disappointed, and spent $39 to boot. Needs remodeled and new staff...if not close it.

The people in the store are nice ,but the time we waited was awful we waited for 40 min and the pizza was good but for some reason the pizza was a little spicy.

I was high upset tonight as I order dinner for myself and my clients I work with and the first pizza was made incorrectly and I didn't get the 4 pack of diet I ordered driver said he qould bring it right back I'm only a 5 minute drive from pizza hut and I waited an entire hour before receiving it I called about the pizza and specifically said I needed the white sauce because I can't have the red sauce they were nice and remade the pizza I got it and it had RED SAUCE ON IT I called back and spoke to the manager and I'm suppose to be getting refunded now if it isn't on my card by Wed he said to come in and they can fix it for me.

Not so happy with waiting time all Mansfield pizzas are dry you offered to pay for more sauce pizza still dry .
Pizza Hut has been a favorite of my family for decades. Can always count on hot delicious food and friendly customer service. !! Nobody Pizzas like the Hut!!

This was one of the best dining experiences of my life! The server was so very kind and patient with my family of 5 which included a 1 year old. Everything was done quickly the restaurant itself was one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever seen. And to top it all off the pizza was excellent! We will be back again!
