We loved the small personalized touches and ambiance was exquisite! The food was perfectly spaced and paired great with the wine. It was a lovely evening with a unique setting. Would recommend to everyone!
The ambience was fantastic. Food was awesome, proportioned correctly and spaced just right between courses. They serve a limited amount of guests so the cavern is not too noisy at all. My boyfriend said he wants to return to the Prohibition or to Hudson & Essex to try their main restaurant. Definitely worth the adventure if you are adventurous to try something new and different. A great place for a special occasion night.
We held our annual holiday company party at Prohibition at the Caverns last night and everything was incredible - food, beverages, wine, service and atmosphere. Our staff loved the ambiance of the caverns 29 feet underground. Highly recommend for a date night, unique weekend dinner or corporate event!
