For Mexican food in our area, Rancho Fiesta has always been our top choice. The food is always good, comes out fast and the service is always good. On top of that, the drinks are good and the atmosphere is great!

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. We ordered alcoholic drinks and we're in the waiter brought it out he didn't bother to look but there is a fly in one of our drinks although they did replace it. We got our food and not even 5 minutes into getting her food our waiter checked on us to see how it was I had not gotten a bite out of mine yet. The whole time we were there the waiter never checked on us never brought us our water. He finally came and we were just fed up so we asked for to go boxes in the manager. The food that I had was the fajita texian. It came with beef chicken and shrimp. The shrimp is good but everything else I had no flavor it was dry and I just couldn't eat it. The manager took that meal off the bill but I still hadn't ate anything and I had nothing to eat. The manager got upset when we try to explain stuff didn't want to hear it and got an attitude with us and we got kicked out.

Messed up my order and when I went back for my replacement I was lectured about how I waited to long (more than 2 weeks) which I was never given a time frame. They never apologized for getting my order wrong. They then proceeded to tell me about their wall of receipts and how I should have known that it would not stay up there more than 2 weeks. I told them I do not work there and when I spoke with whomever gave me the credit for my next order did not tell me how the resturants operates. I felt like a 8 year old being lectured. I evern brought up the charge on my bank account to show proof that I did have a order and my call history. Horrible customer service and the food is 2.5 stars at best.

The SMELL!! there are so many febreeze plug ins everywhere the stench is overwhelming. The food was really bad. I threw up within 30 minutes. I wish I would have followed my instinct after looking around and not ate. My kids even were grossed out..Yuck. The server never checked on us but with food that bad I wouldn't check either..

We got there Saturday evening and there was a little bit of a wait but it wasn't horrible the staff took care of us and our party very nicely our server was excellent very attentive food was outstanding I highly recommend this place. If it was possible I'd give it more stars!

My mother and I visited today, she is 87 and the customer service was phenomenal! they saw us coming and opened all the doors and set us close by. The food was fabulous, The guacamole incredible!
